At 10:30am I checked the status and my appointment was changed from that day, Tuesday, to the following Saturday. No call, email, or text. I called and talked to Mike and he cut me off when I started talking and said they couldn't do it that day so they changed it. He was rude and unhelpful so I asked to speak to a manager. I then spoke to Josh, I told him about the issue and said I really needed the glass done the day it was scheduled for. He said "I can't do it today so I don't know what to tell you". Horrible customer service, downright rude, unreliable. Terrible representation of Safelite, I will never give them my business.

I showed back up at noon and was told he was still working on it. it is now after 3 PM and it still is not done. I've used this business two years ago and had no issues. I guess my small job gets pushed to the end of the line. I was told window tinting takes time but 6+ hours is beyond normal. Why make you make an appointment. Terrible Customer Service.
