A chain store in Nampo told me it would be 2 hours before they could look at my truck. The last thing I wanted to do was sit in the parking lot for 2 hours with a 25 foot trailer just 30 minutes from my destination.

Finally I went outside and into the service area and asked if there was anyone there that was competent enough to help us. The owner came over and asked what the problem was, I told him, and he started in on me and my wife about being rude to his employees.
