Problem here - they are WAY overpriced on many of their items. I needed a replacement radiator fan for my Saturn and they wanted to charge me $30 for it. I went down to the local Auto Zone and bought a brand new one for $27. I could have gotten a used windshield here one time for about $60 less than a new one cost. It had some scratches, so I went with the new one. Sometimes you can find a good set of used tires or snow tires here. Not my first choice, as it's hit-&-miss here, but can be a good backup if you're looking for just the right part.

We called the Sales Manager many times and many times our calls were not returned as promised. This was mentally challenging and should never have happened thru a "Ford" dealership! Bo tells me they don't have anything to do with the contracts. Funny thing is the dealership gets paid for them, but they have nothing to do with them? I will never do business with Auto Ranch again. I knew there was a reason why I went to Smith Auto in Weiser, to have all my warranty work done. They understand customer service. Spend $65,000 with Auto Ranch and this is the best they can do.
