Also the repair was considerably less. 30% less for insurance claim. I also had another scraped bumper (our fault so not claiming) that was 50% less. Everything Brian said they could help with was done plus there were a couple things I forgot to attend to and he took care of it with a smile. When I picked up the car I mentioned a couple scratches on another bumper that I suppose happened in a parking lot. He said wait a moment and he would see if they could rub it out.... Steve's hometown collision had my truck for over five months and it still has three molding that the insurance company said was paid for that they claim they can't get. It is fraud if they do not fix what they were paid to fix. They spilled paint on the top of my cab and left it. Two of the doors have rough edges that rubbing against the end of the doors feels like it will cut you. One molding is missing and Colorado forums say that will cause corrosion in the hole at the front window and cause leakage into the cab. I would not recommend this body shop to anyone!
