EDIT: Since the owner somehow gets bad reviews deleted on google I'll post it here. This is 100%…read morethe correct company and you did powder coat 4 early 70s camaro wheels. We do not publicly post our full names. Called the place and talked to the owner about getting some 15x7 wheels sand blasted so I could paint them. He said "why don't you get them powder coated as well?" I said I'd rather paint them myself because it's cheaper and he said he could do $90 PER WHEEL and I agreed, that's not a bad price for blasting and coating. So I brought them in, talked to the employee about pricing an he said it would be $75-$100 a wheel (lined up with what the owner told me) picked a color and let them do their thing. About a week later they call and said they're done. I was at work about an hour away but I really wanted to get the wheels before the weekend when they're closed. So my awesome wife went in to go get them, she called me and said its going to be $466. Obviously I said don't pay that, I was quoted $90 a wheel by the actual OWNER. She told the employee and after some back and forth he said he could do $100 a wheel and no tax. The price also depends on the condition of the wheel and how much they have to clean it up to then powder coat it. My wife asked if they were easy and the employee said yes they were not to bad. I was given the owners number to call and ask what the heck is going on, called twice didn't answer, left a message last Friday, it's now Tuesday, and I still haven't heard anything. I wouldn't bash this place if the issue would have been resolved. Anyways I basically told my wife scrw it, just pay them the $400 so I can get my friggin wheels. I'm told one thing by the owner of the place then being charged $106 more than I was told. The employee she talked to was very professional about it, did everything he could. At least they look good but I definitely won't be going back there ever again.

Just putting the valve cover on the engine it chipped and each bolt we put on chipped around it. We took it back and he said that's normal and he touched it up with paint that didn't even match. I've taken it to other powdercoaters & each one of them said this is NOT normal and said it was not prepped properly. This should never have happened and it should last for years. This lasted one day!

I brought my nearly brand-new car to Hubcap Annie in Garden City for what should have been a very…read moresimple repair: fixing a small chip on one wheel. The car had under 500 miles on it and was in pristine condition when I dropped it off. When I got the car back, it had serious damage that did not exist before. The center lock nut and seat were damaged beyond repair, leaving me with over $6,250 in repair costs to correct the damage caused while the vehicle was in their care. Initially, the owner acknowledged there was an issue and told me he would cover the repair costs after he caught his employee lying about what happened. However, the moment he saw the actual repair bill, his attitude completely changed. Instead of honoring what he said, he became rude, dismissive, and started changing his story multiple times. Rather than taking responsibility for damage done to a customer's vehicle, he chose to argue, deflect blame, and lecture me about business, which was both unprofessional and insulting. The conversation quickly turned into excuses and contradictions. It became clear that customer accountability and honesty are not priorities here. For a business entrusted with people's vehicles--especially high-value vehicles--this kind of behavior is unacceptable. If a shop makes a mistake, the professional thing to do is stand behind the work and make it right. That did not happen here. What should have been a quick and simple wheel repair turned into thousands of dollars in damage and a frustrating experience dealing with a business owner who repeatedly changed his story. As a member of the Porsche Club of America, I will absolutely be sharing this experience with other enthusiasts so they can make informed decisions about where they trust their vehicles. If you care about your car, especially a high-end or specialty vehicle, I strongly recommend taking it somewhere else.

I was honestly skeptical that repair was even possible, but when I saw the finished product I was blown away. The wheels look better than showroom condition -- you'd never know they were ever damaged. Even more impressive was their customer service. The repair took a little longer than expected, and without me even asking they significantly reduced the bill to make up for the inconvenience. That kind of integrity is rare. Top-notch craftsmanship and outstanding service. I couldn't be happier with the result and highly recommend them.
