This was my first time dealing with Lithia Body and Paint being new to the Medford area. I had actually originally planned on going to a different body shop, not yet knowing about Lithia. I decided to shop around and I'm glad I did! I walked in to Lithia and was met by the Assistant Manager, Jeff. I told him that I needed repairs to my truck but it was an unusual request as I had some aftermarket parts I wanted installed instead of OE parts. Jeff said no problem we can handle all of it. I had an aftermarket bumper and headlights installed on top of the general body work that needed to be done as well. Lithia dealt with the insurance and made it very easy on me!
