Our front security door was built and installed by Artistic Iron a few years ago. We were unable to lock the security door and the inside door together. We chose Artistic Iron because of the wonderful online reviews. We needed five sets of railings for our sloped backyard. When we explained the project and some of our needs and concerns, Chetan knew just what to do. Rarely does a homeowner find a company that does the job and does it to perfection. During the installation, Chetan told me that he needed to modify one railing as it wasn't correct. I looked, but I couldn't see the problem. He explained that it just wasn't right and fixed it within a few days. During the digging for one of the railings, we discovered an irrigation pipe and some electrical wires. Chetan and his team worked so hard to come up with a solution. It was wonderful to see a businessman and craftsman take so much pride in his work. Our communication with the company was wonderful throughout the entire project. Manisha, Chetan's wife, kept us informed all along the way. Darrel and Mauricio, Chetan's workmen, were polite, hardworking, and respectful. I preferred a single-rail and a separate panel of different decor up my few steps to my porch. We moved into a new house that had existing iron storm doors that were installed by this firm @7 years ago. We needed to add a dog door so I reached out to the firm to discuss. I spoke with Manisha who was fantastic in describing our options for the door. I was a little taken back by the quote initially but we wanted it done correctly. The installer (Darrell) came as scheduled and removed the ENTIRE door and frame to bring back to the shop. When the door came back it looked excellent, reconfigured the bottom half, new tempered glass, new powder coating, repainted entire door, new closer and sweep. Pretty much a new door.
