As with any home improvement project, we enter very skeptical. With this company; skepticism wasn't warranted. 1. Visited website for several places and read reviews. We chose (not settled) this company. 2. Received prompt response from our online request; which we found unusual considering this day and age, via email. This was at the beginning of COVID-19 pandemic. This meant, all shopping was done online (another reason to worry about product)! 3. Sent reply and within one day, received phone call from Ken to schedule date for measurements. 4. Ken came on earlier date than scheduled for measurement but only after calling first to inquire. He was in the area. Of course, we agreed and we're so thankful! 5. Measuring was much more involved than expected. He actually took current door off. The old saying, "measure twice, cut once" holds some strong value. For installation, Ken stated, "I won't leave until the job is perfect." Ken asked that we have all keys ready for him to re-key while here for installation. He asked that we make a deposit (everything is very efficient and done online). 6. He explained everything that should've taken place when we had our interior door installed (but didn't), and assured us he would make sure we were happy. Ken was upfront and said it could be 6-8 weeks before installation (again, due to pandemic). 7. Received call from Ken for installation (6/13/2020) at 8am. Ken again was upfront and said install would take 5-6 hours. We're thinking for a storm door?!? 8. Installation date; Ken is prompt and begins work at 8am. And no kidding about the length of time. He was deliberate in all procedures. Never missed a step and again, made the same statement, "I won't leave until the job is perfect." He asked questions and what we wanted after laying out options. We must say, this is unusual and above what was expected for customer service. 9. Ken cleaned up well after completion including the glass. In closing, we can't say enough about our wonderful experience with this company and Ken. Not once did we hear: "I have a problem" or "I can't". What we heard again was: "you'll be happy when I'm done." Well, Ken your correct. However; "happy" is an understatement. We're "elated" and love our new security storm door. Simple with clean lines and easy to clean. Most of all, we're elated to find someone who actually understands the meaning of "great customer service." Yes, we highly recommend this company. I am so glad that I waited to get a security door. Over a year ago, I checked out various security doors. Secure-All Security Door makes their doors out of wrought iron and are therefore expensive. I didn't think I could afford the price tag, so I crossed that one off the list. Other companies made their doors out of aluminum and were therefore cheaper. Fast-forward a year, my old 40-year-old aluminum "security" door would fall off its hinges if I waited another year. And now -- I'm so pleased with my new Secure-All security door. It's beautiful. It's exquisitely elegant. It has so many security features, I'd be remiss to try to list them all. (I don't think the Secure-All Security Door website lists them all.) The workmanship is outstanding. Ken installed the door with great precision and care. And my two-year-old cat is especially pleased with the freedom to go inside and outside as she pleases. I have one of their doors purchased by the previous owner of my house. It's a beautiful, well made and super secure door, 11 years old. Needed a new rubber sweep for the bottom of the door. Ordered the new part through them (bottom door piece) and Ken was just here installing it. After installing the sweep he checked the door over and adjusted my lock mechanism, cleaning it and showing me how to keep it lubricated. This company not only has great products but amazing service. I was walking in my neighborhood and saw Ken installing a door. I asked him about it and he stopped working and talked to me about the custom doors he and his family make. He ran to the truck and gave me a very nice brochure about the doors and styles they custom make and install. I have an extra tall door, 9' , which is great when you purchase your home but not so much when you want to replace the door. Secure-All Security had the extra height already with pricing and everything. This family owned business was just awesome to work with. They explained the details about the doors and that a custom door would take approximately 4 months to make and install. When October came, Ken called to let me know that they were on track with the door, but glass was delayed a week or so. (2021, everything is delayed or behind). The best part is he communicated that to me and didn't just leave me hanging wondering what was up. So, the install was today and 4 months to the day when I ordered, I have my door. This door is fantastic. Soft close, both glass and screens fully framed and included. Simple means of changing from glass to screen. Most importantly, fully installed and tested to make it perfect. They don't just slap it in, but make sure everything works and that it is air tight. I would definitely work with them again. Don't hesitate, it is worth every penny! read more

After doing some research on which storm door to put on my house, it became obvious that the big box store doors were inferior. The reviews showed that some of the doors would start rusting right away and the stores would not stand behind the products they sell. I was looking for a much better security door and had to look beyond the usual places people go. I was pleasantly surprised when I found Secure-All Security Doors. I liked everything from the website to the showroom. The lengths they go through to provide the absolute best doors available, (probably in the world) really impressed me. They are a family business in the Denver Metro area that has been around almost for ever. They fabricate each door right there in their own factory after coming out to measure and make sure there will not be any problems with sizing , door handle placement , etc. After building the door, it is dipped something like 14 times before the powder coating paint job. I'm confident that it will never rust. It is beautiful and totally heavy-duty. Ken, the installer, was meticulous in performing the installation. He must have opened and closed the door a thousand times to get it perfectly adjusted. And it does work perfectly! He also added a bumper to my brick ledge after I mentioned that the door came close to the brick. He even keeps door bells on the truck just in case yours is broken/ worn out. No charge, of course.
