Abby does a great job every time, haven't dealt with others salesman, don't need to. But even when its busy she's balancing everything really well always getting back. Once in a while a plant will have a bug or something but you can always skip those, the place is huge. Sometimes you get a free frog in the plants, that's cool.

Nearly last minute, I called up The Floral Gallery to see if they could hook me up with a boutonniere the following day. Nguyen let me know that I could get the next day service for $25. I wasn't quite sure what a boutonniere costs these days, but I figured the Yelpies were worth the small splurge. Of course I had to get the red and white bout' to align with Yelp's colors. I scheduled the pickup for 3pm. This small flower shop in the Aldi/Subway/Nanay's shopping center is located near the Knockout Pizza. I showed up just after 3pm and was in and out in a flash. The boutonniere was wrapped in black with red, white, and some blooming green flowers. It was a perfect match to my green suit with a black shirt and black bow tie. Watchaaaaa! Friendly and timely service at a reasonable price. My only small issue was that they inadvertently charged my card twice, once each on two different days. However, they quickly realized their mistake and began processing a credit before I realized what had been done. I waited and asked 3 more times for help. The workers said that was not their field and said the same thing, "I'll call for assistance." Nothing, i just gave up and used ChatGPT to help pick out the wood and had to manually cut the wood myself. (Never did it before). I saw an announcement for the grand opening of this furniture store in Mission Valley. I called and expressed my interest in buying a vintage looking couch in a bright raspberry-ish color. I know; that seemed like a stretch for the furniture stores here in SD. Paul assured me that his coworker Sandi had experience in both retro design and color, and that he'd be happy to send her over to my home for a consult. He told me that there was a fee for the service, but it would be then applied to anything that I purchased. When I told him that would be fine if I could be guaranteed of said design and color options, he said he'd be happy to send her over without a fee. That was a nice first impression! Soon thereafter, bright and cheery and ever so knowledgeable Sandi arrived with a big smile that matched her positive attitude. She measured, looked at the current state of my living room for color, texture and style, as well as asked me for color/style ideas. After providing her with those things, we made an appointment for me to go to the showroom. In the next couple of days-- even before my appointment, she had sent me a couple of sofa shape options as well as a spot on fabric color. Oh my goodness-- a miracle worker! At my meeting with her in the store, she had me test out the sofas for cushion level comfort and depth. Then, it was easier to narrow down my choices. I was there for a couple of hours. I was thrilled that we were pretty much on the same page about what would work-- as well as our collective philosophy of "thinking outside the box". Accordingly, we came up with a fabulous design-- incorporating design elements from 3 different sofas. As if that wasn't enough, the next day she came over-- again, to fine tune both the shape and dimensions, to assure that it would work wonderfully in my home.
