Instead, they offered me far less than what my car was worth. Benji and his team went above and beyond to help me understand the process and fight for what I deserved. Thanks to their knowledge and dedication, I was able to receive a much fairer settlement for my vehicle. I've honestly never experienced this level of customer service anywhere else. You can count on these guys to have your back every step of the way. My advice is to be patient and trust the process. Dealing with insurance companies can be extremely stressful, and if you're unfamiliar with how claims work, it's easy to be misled or pressured into accepting less than you deserve. If you're lucky enough to find a shop that genuinely looks out for your best interests like I did, stick with them. I know I'll be bringing all my future business to Benji's Auto Body. They have earned my trust and my loyalty.

This shop seemed to be the closest, so we had it towed over and hopped a ride with the tow truck. The owner was very accommodating, realizing how stressful it can be to break down far away from home. After a timely assessment, he let us know that it would take a few days to repair because parts had to be ordered. Then he helped us find a rental car company near by. During the few days the car was at the shop, we got calls updating us on time and costs ( which were extremely fair). We picked up our car today and we are very satisfied customers. It's so nice to deal with a car repair shop that is courteous and efficient.
