Food not great l went once and not going back. The burger is horrible. I took my parents there and was Embarrassed to say the least.

I don't normally give 5 stars but this place is amazing! We decided to try this for burger week. So glad too! This is THE best burger! It was called a Luau burger. The waitress was awesome!!! :-) She was very friendly and patient. She even helped my little girl who is so indecisive to choose a drink and her burger toppings. She knew everything about everything. She even have us some good suggestions. They have a special Chipotle mayo, omg, so good. Her name is Kristin, I'd go just to see her again, she was so helpful and wanted to make sure everyone enjoyed their meals. This burger was juicy. Not mushy at all. The sugar snap peas added just a little crunch. The sauce was really great plus the pineapple added a sweetness. Because of the waitresses suggestion for the Chipotle mayo, it made it 10X better. The fries were nice and crisp. They also make Cajun fries. I was a little afraid the Cajun would be overpowering but they were also great. The beer deals were a plus+++$2. I wish we had come sooner. We have been in town for 4 days and haven't really had a good meal. The Chinese buffet down the street was better than expected but Arthur's was a surprising hit. The Arthur's chili was fantastic and the wonton appetizers were super creamy. I got Arthur's burger and it was cooked perfectly. My wife really enjoyed the coleslaw that came with her fish and chips. Even the tea was great. I actually kept the server running trying to keep up with my refills but she did great, I was never left empty which for me is difficult. We got the bread pudding and brownie for desert. Wifey really enjoyed the bread pudding and while the brownie could use a bit more cream to mellow out the super chocolatey topping it was pretty good. read more

Arthur's has always been a go to spot over the years. Used to hit the one in Hyde Park after church all the time for the burger madness. Can't beat it really. This was my first time at the Anderson location. While the food is still great, it was the staff that made the experience. Everyone was just happy and smiling. Saying hi when we walked in and bye when we left. Our server seemed kind of new, but she made up for any lack of knowledge with her personality. That goes such a long way. Especially with recent dining out experiences lately. Burgers are the hot thing here, but I enjoy their fish and chips as well. And omg, the fried cheese app is a must order for me every time lol. read more

Really, this place gets a 3.5 star rating from me. Honestly, there's nothing wrong with Arthur's Anderson location, but neither was I wowed by it. Solid burgers, good fries and a decent beer list. Other points in their favor include a pretty good list of specialty burgers, a better selection of salad options than most burger joints, and the opportunity to order burgers the "Sally" size which is a 5 oz patty versus the regular (8 oz, I think). If you need a quick, satisfying dinner this will get you by. read more

First time trying the Anderson location..we go to our neighborhood Hyde Park location on a pretty regular basis. The food at this location was on par with the wonderful food at the Hyde Park spot. Great hamburgers, great Buffalo bites. My girlfriend ordered chicken fingers for the first time and they were seriously amazing. We kind of agreed that we enjoyed Hyde Parks layout more than this one. It always feels cozy over there whereas this one just felt like your average sports bar. What really stood out here and what excels this review to five stars was the service. It was exceptional. Our waitress was great but what really stood out was that ALL the waitresses helped each other out the entire time. They all worked so great together..like a well oiled machine. Our drinks never even went half empty, our food came out lightning fast, we had the check and paid exactly when we were ready to. You don't see that much at restaurants, the teamwork and pleasantness of everyone there. Some of the best service we've ever received. read more

For the longest time, I had a really unpopular opinion: Arthur's Anderson is overrated. When I was child, my mother took me to the Hyde Park location frequently and I've always had a soft spot for the OG. I was originally super pumped when they opened the Anderson location as I worked in Eastgate at the time. However, my first experience was a bad one and I boycotted for four years. Four whole damn years. Last time I came here I wasn't even legally allowed to drink! What made me come back? My parents called and said they were going to dinner at Arthur's and asked if I wanted to join. I don't know about your family, but 98% of the time I eat out with my parents they pay. I may technically be an adult, but in the wise words of my father, "if it's free it's for me!". I walked into to my family already sitting at a booth, polishing off a plate of wonton poppers. The poppers come with 'pink salsa', which the server told us is simply salsa, mayo, and sour cream mixed together. Such an easy combination but man was it divine. The whole family ordered burgers of varying temperatures because of burger madness. We made sure to each order a side of pink salsa for our fries. The last time I was here, the server insisted I order my burger medium as they "cook their burgers like steaks." As if I hadn't been a patron of Arthur's since before I could walk or anything. I took her advice to shut her up, and 45 minutes later I was greeted to a hockey puck slightly resembling a burger. The server did not test my desired burger temp this visit. I happily received a medium rare burger, albeit 30 minutes later. They're not the fastest cooks around. Nothing to complain about this time with the food, as my burger was cooked perfectly. The pink salsa really helped with the fries; I think next time I'll order them well done as they seemed like they were originally frozen and they came out limp. Arthur's Anderson and I have worked out our differences, I think. I'd say they could be a little faster on the cooking, but you can't rush a well-cooked burger. I'll definitely be back soon; I can't go too long without pink salsa. read more

On a Sunday afternoon with a party of four we visited Arthur's in Anderson. Known for their burgers Arthur's has a variety of other items on their menu including salads, reubens, fish and lots of starters. Since Sunday is a burger madness day (9.99) including fries, I ordered the namesake Arthur's burger substituting a cup of chicken tortilla soup for the fries. The burger is huge, delicious hunk of meat with toppings of choice. The soup was really thick concoction of onions, tomatoes and lots of chicken. Others in our party ordered dinner salads all huge. My wife had fish and chips. All were pleased. Additionally mimosas on Sunday are $4. Covid separation was excellent. Restrooms are small but clean. Parking is plentiful. Recommend. read more

Season the food...sometimes salt and pepper is not enough for those thick beef Patties. If the burger was designed seasoned I would have loved it. Service was nice, prices are nice. My daughter loved her cheese pizza. read more

Burger mania is a must do the next Sunday Monday or Tuesday your ready to load up a burger with as much cheese bacon and other grilled toppings as your pallet desires. The Anderson location lacks a tad bit of the coziness because of bigger rooms and no secret coves but it has as much if not more love coursing through the veins of the owners and staff. If anything their bigger tables give you more room to spread out and relax. One Davidian guy I know swears these burgers are better than Terry's Turf & Surf Club's. read more

I've had friends in the area rave over Arthur's burgers for a while now. After mulling it over for a few months I finally found the time to dip in and give it a try. I'd file this one under the "not too bad" category, but not something I'd rave over. Being a burger fanatic, I ordered the signature Arthur's burger. I would rate the burger at about 6.3/10. Not bad at all. maybe lacked a smidge of seasoning or specific identity but decent, for sure. The main reason I bumped my over impression of the place to 4/5 stars was the environment & staff. I ate at the bar on on Sunday afternoon and I was served by a young lady named Christen. Super outgoing young lady. Additionally, the background music provided the perfect ambiance for a chill dinner for one. The ABSOLUTE best in the country (and I've been all over it) Cheese stick appetizer. I wish they'd offer as an entree with tomato soup. The burgers are great; buns don't fall apart and list of add-ons more than sufficient. Burger madness is a really great value if you like a mess of toppings. Their other burger styles (luau, The Anderson, etc.) offer something for every taste. Their fish, either with chips or as sandwich, is just perfect. Haven't found better anywhere; cooked perfectly inside and crunchy-crispy outside. All the food is served piping hot; you might even have to wait a minute to eat. Their salads-as-a-meal are as good as you get anywhere. Try the fried chicken salad with honey-mustard dressing. You won't be disappointed. The staff is all over the place. It doesn't seem to matter who your server is... anyone who walks by your table will pick up empty dishes. If you find you need something, you only have to wait a few seconds to get someone's attention. The best part? The manager walks the floor. Restroom is always clean. Did I mention there's also a bar? I'm a devout burger lover and when I splurge on this caloric and environmentally unfriendly treat, I want it to be worthwhile. Arthur's serves up a delicious burger, one that I happily return for. The interior is a family restaurant/bar type environment. I've only gone to Arthur's during weekday lunch hours, so we haven't had trouble getting in. However, I hear the joint gets packed in the evening and on weekends. They don't accept reservations, but I hear they will work something out for you with a call-in wait list. I've had a salad here before (I know, I know, WTH), but it was surprisingly tasty and filling. However, you may as well bite the bullet and hunker down for some serious burger eating - and maybe some fried cheese eatin' too. The fried cheese appetizer here is BOMB PUNTO COM. Basically slabs of mozzarella, batter-dipped and deep fried like a doughnut and served in a pool of its own grease. Wrong but so right. I swear by the Boursin Burger, add bacon (yep) and caramelized onions. I'm a grilled burger/buttered-and-toasted bun kind of girl, but Arthur's (which does neither) serves up a fabulously flavorful and juicy burger that doesn't suffer for want of either. It's juicy, thick but even, and so perfectly seasoned and cooked - when I order med-rare, I get med-rare. Add those crisp veggie toppings and the melty rich goodness of the Boursin cheese and caramelized onions and I am in utter burger bliss. I also appreciate that it's a tidy burger: I can cut it in half and enjoy it without the burger messily sliding apart or the bun sogging into mush or a mouthful being nothing but condiment or lettuce. Service is very friendly and fast, I like that I see the managers being proactive and delivering checks, food and refilling drinks. The servers all seem like the type of women that have kids that go to the same school as yours, they have always seemed eager to please and warmly pleasant. These Burgers are perfection. They cooked my medium well burger perfectly. I have been here 2x and gotten a burger each visit, and it's always been delicious. If I had to vote I would say this is the best burgers on the East Side of town. Service is decent too, no complaints. I will be back sometime for another perfect burger read more

Usually have lunch, fish tacos, a burger w/ your choice of fixings, or my lately go to has been a Cobb salad which is large and very filling. Has lettuce of course, bacon bits, grilled chicken, chopped up egg, blue cheese crumbles if wanted, tomatoes, and black olives. I enjoy all these items and they have excellent servers. read more

Really enjoy the food here, great burgers and my family and I absolutely LOVE the cheese sticks. It's not even just a cheese stick it's more of a whole wedge of cheese fried up. Haha. It's amazing! The only knock I have is that the service is hit and miss. We have had some great waitresses and some bad ones. I had a friend visit from out of state and I brought him to Arthur's and our waitress was downright rude. Maybe she was having a bad day or something, I'm not sure. This was fantastic bar/grill type of place we found on Beechmont. The place looked really clean and had a lot of fun things hanging around. The service was excellent which was definitely a good thing. We started off with an appetizer of Loaded Fries. It was a skillet of fries with bacon and cheese directly on them and some ranch to dip it in on the side. Definitely a worthy appetizer as the fries themselves were crispy and delicious and they did not skimp on the toppings. A great start to any meal I'd say. I had read coming in about their burgers being a must try here. My burger definitely lived up to the hype as it was one of the best I've had in....maybe ever. I decided to try the Chipolte BBQ Burger. It comes with an onion ring, bleu cheese, and chipolte bbq sauce. The meat itself was the star of this sandwich as it was both cooked perfectly and packed some juicy, flavourful, goodness. The bbq sauce was a great blend of sweet and spicy and worked perfectly with the bleu cheese. The onion ring was perfect as well. There was a lot going on with this burger but it made for heaven in my mouth. I definitely will be back to try some more delicious food here. Highest recommendation. read more

My husband and I were looking for someplace different to grab lunch and on a whim ended up here. I am so glad that we did because YUM! I was recently talking about Cheezeburger Cafe (RIP :[ ) and how I haven't been able to find a turkey burger that held a candle to it. I think I've finally found it at Arthur's! I ordered a turkey burger with sauteed mushrooms, teriyaki sauce and cheddar cheese. The burger was juicy and had a ton of flavor! The mushrooms weren't pre-marinated in anything, which I personally enjoy better. It also came with fries and I tried the Cajun seasoning on them. (You should too!) It had the perfect amount of spice! You could tell everything was super fresh and our waitress was very attentive and helpful. My husband ordered a beef burger and said that it was cooked perfectly. We both agreed it was one of the best burgers we've had in quite a while (maybe ever) in Cincy! I can't wait to go back! read more

When I heard Arthur's was opening an Anderson location I was a little worried, without proper oversight it could easily just be a hollow shell of the original. When I placed an order for take out my fears were alleviated. Massive onion rings, delicious burger, and perfectly timed pick up, with a great friendly bar tender for my brief wait, made it all worth it. Went back later with my family and everyone enjoyed their selections; Chicken tortilla soup was spicy enough (I'd prefer hotter, but my mom likes just a kick), salad was robust, with great house dressing, and of course the burgers were perfect. There aren't many great options for real food in Anderson (real food being not microwaved crap from a chain), but this is one. Can't wait to go back. read more

Was nervous to try this location because I was so hopeful it would live up to my expectations compared to the Hyde park fave burger in cincy location. I was pleased. The only thing missing in comparison is the garden patio. Service here was great, place is clean, and honestly much more spacious, but that's what you get in the suburbs. We started with the wonton appetizers which were hot out of the fryer and some draft beers to take advantage of their Thursday HALF price special! The wonton popper portion was just right and they were a little spicy which we liked. For the main show I had my fave, the Boursin burger, and he had the Fiesta burger. Went here with my daughter and we sat for awhile until our waitress finally came. The food isn't anything to write home about. My daughter and I ordered burgers. It was very bland I had to add salt and pepper to get it to taste somewhat decent. I cook much better than what you get at this place. Very dissatisfied. read more
