** This review is part of my TO GO series. ** I ordered for pickup on monday evening - I ordered a mac and cheese kids meal with potato wedges (they forgot my drink), and a classic sweet bbq chicken wrap with chips & salsa and a side a parm garlic & ranch. The wrap was so DRY! There was barely any sauce on the chicken which made the wrap not so good, it was kind of a waste of money. The mac and cheese was the only star of the show; it's so delicious and creamy with the perfect amount of sharp cheddar. The potato wedges were cold and some tasted under cooked. I also wasn't given my drink initally and when I asked for it the lady was kind of rude. I don't know if I will be back to this location after this visit. read more

I had lunch here recently with my son and grandson. The food was ok and the service was good. My grandson had the kids Mac & Cheese, which comes with fries and a drink. He chose chocolate milk. My son ordered the Boneless Wings with sauces on the side. And I ordered the Bacon Patty Melt, which also comes with fries. We also ordered the Mozzarella Sticks for the table. Nobody had any complaints about the food. Everything was hot when it came to the table and I was pleasantly surprised at how good the bacon patty melt tasted. This isn't a place I typically seek out but the 'kids' like it. I'm not a huge bacon fan but will eat it if crunchy. It's really chewy on this sandwich, so I could've done without it. Otherwise, yum! I use to be a regular but after the whole covid debacle the food here is atrocious and can't even be identified as chicken. The wings had little or no chicken. I really think these had been fried hours before and were hard as a rock. The boneless were without chicken and deep fried batter. Pictures included. I had an absolutely atrocious experience this evening. The barmaid was completely Inattentive to my fiancé and I. She was so consumed with the "regulars" we felt non existent. The "regulars" in their 50's were beyond rude and crude and obviously felt they ran the place. Inappropriate flirting, sexual language, making balls out of napkins and throwing them all over the bar and at other customers. She skipped over us several times to take care of them. I felt like I was in a hole in the wall bar in Clifton surrounded by a bunch of delinquent adolescence! Completely unprofessional and beyond off putting! I am 53 years old and this is in my top 10 worst experiences in my existence! The really disappointing thing is not only did the barmaid allow it, she antagonizing it and joined in. I miss the days were customer service actually meant something. I will not be back and I will share my experience with with everyone I encounter. It was that bad. Food is great, DoorDash! We went in and there was barely any people and we never got seated waiters would just look at is and act like they didn't care.

Stopped by for the boneless wings on Thursday. Did the 10/10 with 4 sauces. The wings were mostly breading and the meat was extremely dry. I didn't complain( I never do). I really enjoy Bdub's and love the Chicken Sandwich and Hamburgers. So in the future I will not order the boneless wings again. read more

Absolutely the worst BWW I have ever been to. I come to this area a few times a month , and of course I give the benefit of the doubt. Hoping someone was just having a bad day. Not the case .. I have visited this particular location 5 times in the last month. I like their wings. Their service ??? Horrid. If I were the owner , the bartender and manager would t be hired to do dishes at my store. How I was greeted at the bar , single diner ,,, " hey , what do you want to drink ?" ... so upon ordering my cocktail I ask to place my side salad order ,( they always bring it with my meal here ) so I learned to order that , and nothing else until it shows. 34 minutes later. I get my salad. .... I place my wing order. They came out correctly, kudos !! But as my bartender went for her smoke break , the manager " filled in " at the bar. My cocktail sat empty .... So I drank my water. She was too busy leaning on the end of the bar to ask for another. Just pathetic laziness. .... I never stiff my wait staff. Ever. ... but I really wanted to. Maybe this originally wasn't the best place for a vegetarian who can't handle spice to go - but I still had a great time! I first got a strawberry margarita and they gave me one + another one and a half before the kitchen made a "happy error." I couldn't finish nearly all of them, so it made the whole table happy! I then got a small cauliflower wing dish with buffalo - the waitress informed me that I could get a dry rub version that was less spicy, so I went for it. It didn't look the most appetizing but tasted delicious - and still very very spicy. I also got a side of fries which were great to balance out the spice. Yesterday evening Sunday June 25th , my family and I came in around 4:30 . There were a party of 13 of us , and our server Miss Samantha made us feel very welcome. She engaged with us making sure we had everything we needed, and that we were happy with our food etc...Even though there were quite a few of us, she gave everyone her undivided attention and made our experience fun and memorable. I want to give five stars for service alone, our waitress was fantastic and prompt. She really paid attention to our table and she was very sweet! On the other hand, while the food was delicious, the case of food poisoning after eating was not delicious. It may have just been a bad batch of something but regardless not a great experience:(. I will say the nachos are tasty(which was not the cause of food poisoning as both of us had nachos and only one got food poisoning.) I suspect it was either the bbq wings or the potato wedges. My bf and I came for dinner. He ordered the street tacos and I got a cheeseburger and fries. Well we waited quite awhile and then my bf got his food but mine was nowhere in sight. No waitress, nothing. The people next to who came in after us got their food but not me. My bf finished his tacos and still no burger. Finally the waitress came out and said my order had been lost. I am not a wing fan, so I tend to not eat at this restaurant. My mind has now changed, as their takeout today was on point! I had a chicken wrap, side salad, and pretzels. My favorite were the pretzels with the salad in close second. I didn't really even need to order the wrap, as I was pretty full after salad and pretzels. We came here today as A party of 10. Our server Jess went over and beyond making sure we were all happy with our orders and took care of any issues we had at our table. She was also very engaging and a lot of fun. Food was very good and we all left full and very happy. Had a good time here today. A lot of laughter and a lot of good fun. We have visited this location many times over the past 6 years, 3 years with kids, and we have never been denied a booth with a high chair until this evening. The girl at the front desk informed us that management had made a new policy that high chairs were no longer allowed at booths. We indicated that we have been coming to this location for years and have never had a single issue to which the hostess didn't respond and looked at us like a deer in headlights. Flabbergasted, I told the hostess that if that was the case then we would have to take our business elsewhere, to which the hostess yet again looked at us like a deer in headlights, not once apologizing for the inconvenience or offering to speak with a manager. If management wants to make irrational rule changes and be anti-family, then they need to make it public on their website as I have never been denied a high chair at a booth at any establishment. As far as I'm concerned, if this is the new way Buffalo Wild Wings treats families, we won't be back. For families with multiple children, it makes sense to be seated at a booth so as to contain the younger children who do not yet understand how to sit still at a table. Parents do this specifically so as not to disrupt other patrons. I will note that the hostess mentioned that the rule change was due to safety concerns. As a Safety Manager, I can assure you that the chairs throughout the establishment are just as much of a hazard, if not worse due to the design. read more

Update: we still find ourselves craving BW3s every now and then. We've been back twice since my previous review. Most things stay the same but chains are hurting (bad) right now so we stumbled into BOGO boneless wings on a Tues night. Our teenage stepson treated us to a nice dinner, the waitress was so kind and patient as he learned how to use his new debit card to pay and fill out the receipt. It was a nice learning lesson for him! We tried the basket of cheese curds, they are so good. Nothing special but very tasty! I really liked the smoky dipping sauce. Still a good BW3s when you're craving that signature taste. Who doesn't love Bdubs? Especially when your impromptu trip turns into 65 cent boneless wing night?! My favorite! I ordered 8 mild boneless wings (like $5!!!) and they were covered in so much delicious sauce. I love extra sloppy wings so this was great for me. My toddler loved her plan wings and my boyfriend loved his honey bbq. Just from the smell across the table, I wish I had bought some honey bbq as well- maybe next time! I was disappointed that they charge 60 cents for celery and 60 cents for dipping sauce. I was thinking the first go around was free but it is not. The experience was great, though. The lady that seated and took our drink order did a great job of explaining happy hour. Our actual waitress was very nice and the food came out quick. On a busy, college-football Saturday, they still manage to do it well. I tried a new menu item and the "Captain" brought them out. The Street Tacos were everything he promised. Try them with barbecue pork....wonderful!!!! I love that the waitress was willing to serve AND refill my stupid Pepsi with no ice and a shot of Grenadine. Came a little late to watch a hockey game this evening. We had Logan as our bartender/server. Food is reasonably priced and social distancing and caution is used when handling guests and food. The only thing we would change is how attentive our bartender was. We waited a little bit to get our check and order. It seemed as though she was a bit preoccupied with closing outwork to close down the bar even though we came almost two hours prior to last call. I'd done carryout a fair bit from this location and developed a taste for the Fast Break lunch menu. I'd place the order then walk over from work, easy enough. The food was pretty high quality, the cost was low for it, and the amount of food was good. Big fan of the street tacos, the chicken tenders, and the potato wedges. Stopped in to dine as well and the service was good, attentive. The space open and clean, and the same food I was expecting. I like this location much better than the one in Western Hills, which I suspect is the older of the two and much darker and louder. read more

Smack dab in the middle of Beechmont Ave in Anderson township. This Bdubs is different than your typical "wings, beer, sports" location. Although it's been open for over a year, it still feels brand new. You can tell the vibe is leaning more towards a family friendly sports restaurant, and less like a sports "bar." This is in large part due to the location, and the number of families in the area. The food is consistently prepared, and yet always evolving. They have an ever changing rotation of new wing sauces to try, but never turn their back on tried and true favorites. Their happy hour from 5-7 is very generous, offering several shareable apps for $4. The TVs are all new and I have never seen one out of operation. There is not a bad seat in the house when it comes to viewing as well! There is a nice patio plenty of servers to cover the whole floor. I work in the service industry so I understand how hard being a server is. However, I have gotten the worse service from this place. I love the food but the servers have no clue what's going on. I got there at 9 , waited 15 mins to be greeted. We then waited 45 mins for our food and there were only 3 other tables in the entire place. Every time we needed something we had to wave our server April over. She never checked on us. We waited another 30 mins for our to go order and it was ice cold and came out without any sauce. When I can never decide where to go for drinks or food, BDubs is always the go-to place for me. This location is a bit out of my way but it's by far the best location. There is plenty of TVs so there isn't a bad seat in the house. The staff is always friendly and chatty, and the bartender knows what I drink before I even order. They have a good rotation of wing sauces but they always have the original ones, I personally always go with the honey bbq. They will always do their best to accommodate a large party and are quick to correct their mistakes. Their happy hour is very generous with $4 shareables and the plethora of beers on tap. I am a BWW groupie. I recently moved here from Knoxville Tn. and the Beechmont location is the closest to my new home. It has been such a disappointment. In the last four weeks of ordering, I have tried to give it a fair shake. When they screwed up our first order and offered to refund our order, I was impressed. Unfortunately that took 4 weeks and numerous calls. I do want to commend Brad, who hung in there and worked on it until it was done. Tonight we ordered again, and it was awful. I think the wings had been cooked hours before we picked them up . . . dry and uneatable. We ordered them naked with sauce on the side, which is what we always ordered them for all the years in Knoxville, but they did not taste and look like three day old dry wings. So sad.
