This isn't a simple I'm sorry issue this serious specially when you the amount money I did to rent this place. I think that if you express your self and reach to management it is not for them to brush it under the carpet it's for them to take action. Ok so I spent over 10k on an event where I even opened a tab on my credit card for my guest. I spent over 2k on drinks and telling them I didn't want my guest to pay for anything well that didn't happened they were charging them anyway. They started the tequila shots good at the beginning and then I caught them only serving half the amount but still charging the same amount. Ok so I started by telling you to keep eye I personally saw there staff helping selfs to some special treats that I purchased for my guest they would fill up there plates walk in one door and go out the other they thought no one was looking but I saw them personally. Crooks I also reach out to there management expecting a call back I guess they didn't think this mattered I told them that there staff needs to come to work properly dressed the bar tender could use a belt he was sagging with his pants half way down his butt and working along side with Christine who at no point said anything. Before we locked in out event we told her our guest would be bringing bottles as gifts and asked not to turn them away well that didn't happened. 30 min before my event was over they start to pick up the bows of the chairs as if dough telling my guest the party was over . My event was paid up to 12am. Ok and here is the big shocker who in there right mind puts a security guard to turn on the lights before the event is over and stand in the middle of the your event. I explained to them this was wrong and ignored me this isn't a prison where guest have to be ushered out we don't need a chaperone. If I spent this kind of money for one night have the respect and decency to honor a contract and specially you have been doing this for long time. This is very unprofessional as a business owner this doesn't flow. I wouldn't rent this place again so if I was you I'd check out other places that don't act like this place did.

Most venue or event spaces tend to be very large, this was enough to accommodate about 70 people, hairs and table rentals included. You will need to provide your own tablecloths, tableware and catering. Single gender neutral bathroom in the rear of the space but is quite visible to all. Plain white walls lend themselves to your imaginative design. The event I attended was a gender reveal, there was a very nice balloon background on one side, and about four buffet tables end to end, holding snacks, favors and gift bags. Spacious enough for everyone to mingle. Lots of parking but lunch hour was quite busy and I had to park towards the rear of the property.

However, I received a text the morning of the party that the balloon arch people canceled, but they were working to find a replacement. My sister arrived early to set up but couldn't find any table linens. It was only when I inquired that I was told that that vendor had also canceled. They assured me a backup supplier would be coming. I was also informed that the ice and drinks would be arriving between 1:30-2pm, while my party was supposed to start at 2!! The catered food arrived at 1:30pm as planned, but we couldn't set anything up because there were no linens. Guests started arriving prior to 2 pm, and NOTHING was set up. I asked them to make themselves comfortable at empty tables and handed out water bottles while we scrambled in our dresses! This was the first celebration ever where guests had to decorate their own tables! With everyone's help, we were able to get the party started at 2:45. This is hardly what I envisioned for such a special occasion. It was by far the worst party planning experience I've ever had compared to several company functions I've coordinated for over 400 guests! The floors could really use a deep clean, and the bathroom had an ick factor. Definitely could use help with cleanliness and esthetics. The pictures online are truly misleading. I suggest you have your own contingency plans and prepare for the worst, which is what I experienced, unfortunately. The $100 refund hardly covered the disaster and stress.

The appetizers were good, nothing amazing, but I am sure they have a man options if you are looking to use the venue for a sit down dinner, longer event. Downside is the parking. There is a lot behind the venue but next door is Steel Craft, also with it's parking lot. Definitely a lot of competition for parking spots. Steel Craft wasn't even crowded yet (4pm weekday) and I barely found a spot (and on the Steel Craft side). There is probably parking in the surrounding neighborhood.

One example and this definitely was my fault as well, during the food tasting we originally selected carnitas but I then messaged them after and asked if we could change it to birria, Fatima said no problem I'll make a note of the change. Day of my event we got carnitas so that one was on both of us, since it was served like that I didn't want to argue on my day. Second thing we told them day of that we planned on having a cup of noodle bar and we knew they had the capability of providing hot water, Nancy told us to let her know an hour before we planned on serving it so she could warm up the water. She then told my planner that the water dispenser got taken for another event, so my planner order 3 small kettle warmers from target sent her assistant to get them only for the water dispenser from Sol to show up, yes the kettles were returned but again shows my point of the lack of communication. Third thing we were fortunate enough to have availability to set up our things the day before but when we arrived the table cloths were not there and we had to wait over an hour to get them to continue, that wasn't so much an issue it was the fact that because of that delay we took longer and then she told us that they had to leave soon and we needed to hurry up. So again that was upsetting. The other thing is when we were selecting table cloth covers we said for our main table and dessert table it would be ivory and the rest of our tables would be green, the communication lacked again because we didn't get that, when I told her ok can we get that her response was unfortunately the event on Sunday needed the ivory, that comment made me feel like my event didn't matter to them. When she tried offering me a different table cloth for our sweetheart table she put one that had a stain and said unfortunately the stains don't come off. Now this might just be me but why would u keep a stained cloth instead of taking it to a cleaner or buy a replacement. Luckily she had something else and we made it work for us. The staff and bartender were awesome, very nice, but I didn't know my guests weren't allowed to get seconds, that rubbed me the wrong way and I wasn't there for it so I don't know if Nancy was rude to my guests but they informed me of that. Of course we had a specific guest count and food was accounted for the amount of guests but we did have guests last minute not attend. I also I didn't appreciate that they moved some of my seating arrangements after we set everything. My planner had to figure out during guest arrival why the placements were moved and guests had to wait. Overall this place is gonna be special to me because we created memories but I'm always gonna remember the inconveniences as well. I hope my review helps others so when you communicate with them that everything gets noted and saved so you can make sure you get what you want. I would recommend for others event to go more smoothly for both Fatima and her sister to have one group chat with the people that are having their event there so there is no miscommunication.

Planning a quinceañera can be extremely stressful, but they made the entire process so easy and enjoyable. Everything is included, and their service from beginning to end was truly exceptional. They were always available to answer any questions or address any concerns we had. On the day of the quinceañera, they were incredibly attentive. Everything looked absolutely beautiful and was exactly how I had pictured it for my daughter's special day. The bartenders were fast and efficient, even though my family kept them extremely busy!
