Raul was very helpful on the phone, sent pictures and measurements, and my husband and I went right away. They were the perfect high-quality leather sofa, and loveseat at the perfect price! (The shop was lovely and I found a few other eclectic items as well!) At checkout, when I explained why I needed the leather (having allergic/anaphylactic/respiratory reactions to a new fabric sofa and loveseat we purchased 6 weeks ago), Raul went above and beyond. Raul personally arranged for his delivery man to come in at 7am to load and deliver the next morning before the store opened so I wouldn't have to wait 3-5 days for delivery. I didn't ask for special treatment - he did it out of the kindness of his own heart! In fact, Raul (owner) himself and his driver delivered, set up, and picked up the other set for me at 8:00 the next morning. I cannot thank them enough for their care, concern, and willingness to go the extra mile to help me!!! They are literally lifesavers!!!
