I've only gotten my nails done by Lili but she is super nice and helpful. My gel nails (regular $40) always look really good after she is done with them. She is an expert at filing and shaping nails and she does beautiful designs as well (more $). Other things I really love: I can schedule appointments online (hooray!) and there is a small parking lot too. read more

Anything less than 5-stars for this place is a lie. I've been to every nail tech that works here and they all do a great job. People can't believe that I drive an hour from the Westside to go to this place, but I trust them. It's always super clean, they're super nice, and people stop me to comment on how nice my nails are. I know this is a bold proclamation, but I seriously just got the best manicure I've ever had. Lili's attention to detail is amazing. She is a true artist. My hands have never looked so nice. Lili double checked her work throughout - and really took her time in the in the best of ways. She is also so kind and personable. I really enjoyed my time there and will be back every time I'm in town. If you're reading this looking for a place to get your nails done - just go here. I've been to other nail salons and the only thing I didn't like about this one is that my cuticles weren't soften before they removed them.... other than that I wouldn't mind going back. I paid $30 for a gel manicure but there's only 3 stations so call ahead. Since they weren't busy (they only had 2 customers... I was 1 of 2) I felt like my manicurist took her time while she did my nails and so far.... 3 weeks later, it doesn't seem to be lifting like other places but I'll keep you guys updated on the condition of my nails when I remove the gel. Get NAKED! Jk, don't really do that. But you SHOULD check out Naked Nail! My nails have seriously never looked better! Olivia knows exactly what she's doing and can literally do any design you throw at her! I've been coming to Olivia for about a year now and my nails are the healthiest (and best looking) that they've ever been. She's a pro at gel-x and dip powder and a master designer! Appointments are super easy, I just click through to their website and click the service I'd like done and the dates/times available pop up for me to choose! A confirmation text is sent to you right away too and then another one the morning of the appointment. My memory sucks, so the extra reminder is awesome! This place is amazing!! I've had my nails done by both Lili and Olivia, they had great customer service and were extremely kind! I showed them reference pictures of what I wanted and they delivered it but even better. The room is very nice and clean, they have one bathroom inside as well. Only con I would say is the small parking lot since they share it with other shops but they do have street parking on the side! This has to be by far the best nail salon i've been to!! read more

Been coming here for 3yrs now and still my absolute fav nail salon! I even moved 30-40 mins away and still drive over here for Olivia, Lili, and Lisa. Very patient, great customer service, kind, and skilled in their jobs! They always make my nails look great and can do basically any design. I had a great experience here. Lili did an awesome job on my gel manicure & regular pedicure. She was gentle on my hands & feet and made me feel relaxed. They have plexiglass barriers to protect from COVID while you are doing your nails & they only take very few customers during the same time as a precaution. I was the only customer there when I went during the week. I really like their online reservation system. It's simple and easy to book your appointment online. Been going there since the last owner. After the girls took over the store, I'm still going. They are super nice and talented! Plus the interior is insanely aesthetically pleasing and cozy! They are constantly adding new colors and designs so unlike some stores which only have certain colors since the beginning of time all the way to the end of the world, they introduce me to new stuff they got every time I'm going there. Sad that I now have to find a new nail salon. Even with the new owner I didn't think things would change. At first, the same techs were still working here so it was fine! I went in last week and was surprised to see not one familiar face (sad). No one is very friendly (even tho they are wearing a happy face pin on their smocks). The towels smell like mildew, as if they were sitting in the wash too long. My gel manicure was theeeeee fastest manicure I've ever had. The gel wasn't cleaned off of my skin. For my pedicure, she cut the crap out of my cuticles and I was bleeding. It was just all bad. Not to mention that it's only been a week and the gel is lifting on every nail. Good bye. read more

I honestly hate getting my nails done because it's not relaxing, it takes forever and I always have to wait even when I make an appointment. Well I have to say that my mind has completely changed! Naked Nail is by far the BEST nail experience I've ever had. I called to make an appointment and showed up a few minutes before my appointment time and was taken right on time. They play the most relaxing music and spend just the right amount of time on each of their services. You don't feel rushed but you also don't feel like you're spending all day at the salon. Scratch everything below- I came back (twice) thinking it would be the same experience but it was far from it. Senseless, careless cuticle trimming and rapid filing have left my nails janky and ugly. Very disappointed. Won't be coming back. I am writing this review as I sit and get a pedicure. This is probably some of the best service I've had in a while. I don't know the last time I was asked by someone providing me a service if there was anyway to make it better- that's worth mentioning. When I told her about a pervious gel manicure I had (that I wasn't happy with) she asked about it. She was inquisitive- asking what it was I didn't like and how she can make sure she doesn't do that same thing. The young woman who did my gel manicure was gentle and sweet. She asked me sweet questions and took a genuine interest in our conversation. She is a young new business owner and I think she's one of the few who actually gets it. The business is family owned and operated and it is very apparent that they take a good sense of price in what they do. I will continue to come back here. I am very pleased. Come here for great service at a reasonable cost. $48 for gel manicure and pedicure with callous removal! Perfect!!! And they have a stamp card. 10th visit is free!! read more

I love coming to this nail salon! Very clean and safe following all guidelines. Olivia is an amazing nail technician. She is the best! I showed her a picture from Pinterest and she was able to replicate it identically. They definitely have a large color selection. The best nail salon in the area. It is very easy to book an appointment (appointment only). They are very clean even before the COVID regulations. The interior design is cute! Olivia is so detailed with nail designs. They have so many color options and designs. My go-to is a gel mani and regular pedi almost every month. Every time I get my nails done, I get so many compliments from friends and coworkers. I'm so happy my mom recommended me to this nail salon and now I've recommended friends. A little gem spotted nearly on the border of Pasadena and Arcadia! A caveat is that this location is in a super small plaza and next to a car alarm shop. I came here on a Sunday afternoon and was shocked to find it completely empty! There were about three nail technicians in there waiting for customers and promptly started filling water up when I walked in asking for a pedicure. My nail technician, Judy, was great! I love and I mean, LOVE, callus treatments since my feet have seen things. I asked her about it and she immediately showed me the pricing card. I noticed that it wasn't included in the basic pedi treatment like other places and she informed me that they charge an additional $6 if I didn't want to upgrade to the next package. I opted for that instead since I didn't need the rest of the bells and whistles. Judy was very thorough and periodically checked with me to make sure how short I wanted to make my nails. She did an awesome job scraping the gunk that collected for years. It looked 110x better than before! She also got rid of my ingrown nail on one of my toes. I don't think that anyone has really spent time on my heels, balls of my feet and toes during the callus treatment like Judy! The light foot massage was also a plus! She didn't rush like other technicians that have worked on my feet and I'm so grateful that I had a great first experience here. The woman at the front desk, who may be the owner, was very nice and welcoming. She let me use the Yelp check-in discount so my total was $19 sans tip. What an awesome deal and service! read more

The lashing beds are comfy, they offer blankets and I always find myself falling asleep because it's so comfortable. Shoutout to Taya Tian!! She's my go to lash girl, I only book when she's available. She's friendly, fun to talk to, and has the softest touch. I can barely feel her lashing me, I end up taking a nice (and much needed) nap! I tried extensions and was never satisfied with the results because my natural lashes are so straight that you can see the two layers from the side. I tried lash perm, but never liked how sparse it looked. I asked if there was a way to do both perm + extensions, the old place said IMPOSSIBLE! So in comes Alice (not biased, just because we share the same name). Lash Perm - 5/5 She spent extra time on them because they are heavy, so she even did two passes. I really appreciated that since most places won't even bother and just leave as is, but she is a perfectionist! LED extensions - 5/5 I don't know what magic she used on my lashes, but I literally could not feel them on me. They were so weightless. The aftercare was easy, as you don't have to wait the full 24 hours before getting them wet, but I still was gentle with them as long as I could because I was going to EDC and I knew they were going to take a beating. They held up strong all 3 days in Vegas, even on the windiest day, using a clear mascara!! Value - 5/5 The cost of the service was $135, which is reasonable. Like a perm somewhere else would be $70-90, and an extension is another $100+. Plus, she was able to create exactly what I wanted and deliver the results I really wanted for my lashes. I didn't do a refill because I wanted to see how long it holds up on its own. 3 weeks later, the perm is still holding up strong. Got my brows done by May and i love them! You have to call or message her for appointments. She…read moretook her time to make sure my brows were even. My left brow naturally arches more than my right. She was able to point that out and let me know she would draw my right side higher to even it out as much as posible. During the drawing process she would ask me to look and take pictures of myself to see if everything was good and ready to go before proceeding with the tattooing part. We took some off, added some here and there until we got it right. At first the drawing looked super thick to me but she did inform me not to worry that it would not look like that at the end. She just drew it to how she would know where to go in with the tattoo ink. The whole process took about 2-2.5 hours and healing time took about 7 days ! I did come back for a touch up since it was my first time and the peeling does take off some of the ink and i perfer them a little darker than what it was. The touch up was included in the price i was qouted and i tipped her on top of it ! I know her prices have changed since i been so double check for her new pricing! Parking lot is located in back of the store a bit small maybe five parking spots but there is also street parking. Interior was very clean and simple very easy to the eyes all neutral colors i really liked how each station had a ring light and a personalized section with a mirror super cute! Service was great they do offer you water as a beverage so your not parched during your session. They also do eyelash extentions here i never done mines but during my brow session i seen a few people come in and out to get thier lashes done ! Overall i would highly recommend this spot to my friends and family !

I found Lash Glow on Yelp and decided to give it a try. Booking an appointment online was super easy, they have all their services listed. There isn't a parking lot but you can try to find parking on the street in the front of the store or in the neighborhood that's around the corner. It's a safe neighborhood so I wasn't worried about my car. Walking inside, it's one huge room with multiple lashing stations divided by a curtain. It was empty when I was there, just me and the girl who gave me my lash lift and tint. I didn't catch her name, but she was so sweet!! She gave me a run down of the various lashes they offered, I told her that I would eventually come back to get my lashes done and she had great recommendations for what I was interested in. My favorite thing about this place was the lashing bed! It was cushioned with a foam mattress pad, it put me straight to sleep! The process of getting the lash lift and tint went so smooth. I didn't feel any burning, the tech had the softest touch, and I felt really comfortable. I highly recommend trying our Lash Glow if you're interested in getting your lashes done! Looking at their prices too, it didn't seem too pricey.
