I love the way they did my nails. I was a walk-in on a Tuesday afternoon. I had just come from my dentist appt next door. Upon entering I asked if they were available to do my gel manicure, with old gel removal and luckily they were at the time. I'd come again if I'm in the area again in need of mani!
Love the color selection and Olivia is such an amazing artist. She's done some of my other nails as well. I decided to go with a more simple design today.
I have been twice for eyebrow lamination and lash lift. I really like the job Olivia (I think that's her name) has done. I've had wonky laminations before, so I'm glad to have found someone who does it right. Also, she is very gentle and takes her time.
i payed for the overlay and gel manicure and design for my birthday gift n.n it came out really cute i asked for miffy design and she was able to make any adjustments i requested and was very patient with me i am v happy w the result n.n
Been coming to Naked Nail for about 4-5 months and it's honestly been the most enjoyable experience I've ever had at a nail salon. Each nail tech is super skilled and knowledgeable. They all take great care in every set they do. They copy designs exactly like you ask and make suggestions for colors to match your design. I really like how they are appointment only. This contributes to the overall experience as I never feel like I am waiting for someone to become available and I never feel like they are rushing to get to the next walk-in (because there aren't any). This lack of people waiting also makes the ambiance very peaceful.. as if you're at a spa. It's very relaxing and I always feel like I'm treating myself when I'm there. Make sure to use their website to schedule an appointment. It's much easier than calling since you can see all the available times. Also, they take Zelle and cash (both preferred) and now they have a card machine if you want to pay with card. I love Naked Nail and I hope you choose them to do your nails!
I absolutely fell in love with this place. I scheduled an appointment online and unbeknownst to me it was for the following day. I was able to be accommodated when I showed up. I received the gel manicure with design and fresh spa pedicure (includes roses in the water). The ambiance was so peaceful and soothing. Not chaotic like other nail shops. My pedicure was by Lisa who gave my the best massage. My manicure was by Lili who was so patient and thoughtful in recommendations. I will definitely be coming back!
I've only gotten my nails done by Lili but she is super nice and helpful. My gel nails (regular $40) always look really good after she is done with them. She is an expert at filing and shaping nails and she does beautiful designs as well (more $). Other things I really love: I can schedule appointments online (hooray!) and there is a small parking lot too.
I've been to other nail salons and the only thing I didn't like about this one is that my cuticles weren't soften before they removed them.... other than that I wouldn't mind going back. I paid $30 for a gel manicure but there's only 3 stations so call ahead. Since they weren't busy (they only had 2 customers... I was 1 of 2) I felt like my manicurist took her time while she did my nails and so far.... 3 weeks later, it doesn't seem to be lifting like other places but I'll keep you guys updated on the condition of my nails when I remove the gel. Cute little place. Attentive ladies (if the place is empty), shared free parking lot with other nearby stores.
I've been coming here for a year now and I love it here! I would try other nail salons but I always go back to Olivia. She's so patient with me and has done every design I've wanted so perfectly! I also love how this place is quiet unlike other places since I just want to get my nails done and be able to relax and enjoy myself
Anything less than 5-stars for this place is a lie. I've been to every nail tech that works here and they all do a great job. People can't believe that I drive an hour from the Westside to go to this place, but I trust them. It's always super clean, they're super nice, and people stop me to comment on how nice my nails are. I just tried their eyelash lift, and... wow. Game changer.
I know this is a bold proclamation, but I seriously just got the best manicure I've ever had. Lili's attention to detail is amazing. She is a true artist. My hands have never looked so nice. Lili double checked her work throughout - and really took her time in the in the best of ways. She is also so kind and personable. I really enjoyed my time there and will be back every time I'm in town. If you're reading this looking for a place to get your nails done - just go here. I can't figure out how they don't have 5 stars! I'd give them 100 if it'd let me.

This place is amazing!! I've had my nails done by both Lili and Olivia, they had great customer service and were extremely kind! I showed them reference pictures of what I wanted and they delivered it but even better. The room is very nice and clean, they have one bathroom inside as well. Only con I would say is the small parking lot since they share it with other shops but they do have street parking on the side! This has to be by far the best nail salon i've been to!! read more

I had a great experience here. Lili did an awesome job on my gel manicure & regular pedicure. She was gentle on my hands & feet and made me feel relaxed. They have plexiglass barriers to protect from COVID while you are doing your nails & they only take very few customers during the same time as a precaution. I was the only customer there when I went during the week. I really like their online reservation system. It's simple and easy to book your appointment online. I'll definitely be coming back. read more

Been coming here for 3yrs now and still my absolute fav nail salon! I even moved 30-40 mins away and still drive over here for Olivia, Lili, and Lisa. Very patient, great customer service, kind, and skilled in their jobs! They always make my nails look great and can do basically any design. I've gotten to know their staff and they are all hard working families that care about their guests and the execution! Thank you ladies for all that you do! read more

Been going there since the last owner. After the girls took over the store, I'm still going. They are super nice and talented! Plus the interior is insanely aesthetically pleasing and cozy! They are constantly adding new colors and designs so unlike some stores which only have certain colors since the beginning of time all the way to the end of the world, they introduce me to new stuff they got every time I'm going there. Even if you want to get Cardi B's claws, go to them, they are experienced enough to do pretty much anything you could think of! read more

Sad that I now have to find a new nail salon. Even with the new owner I didn't think things would change. At first, the same techs were still working here so it was fine! I went in last week and was surprised to see not one familiar face (sad). No one is very friendly (even tho they are wearing a happy face pin on their smocks). The towels smell like mildew, as if they were sitting in the wash too long. My gel manicure was theeeeee fastest manicure I've ever had. The gel wasn't cleaned off of my skin. For my pedicure, she cut the crap out of my cuticles and I was bleeding. It was just all bad. Not to mention that it's only been a week and the gel is lifting on every nail. Good bye. read more

This is my absolute favorite nail salon! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! It is so clean and inviting and the girls are all equally amazing at what they do! I brought my niece and nephew here and we had the salon completely to ourselves. They made us feel right at home. It is extremely easy to book appointments online. I won't go to any other salon, they are truly the best! read more

I love coming to this nail salon! Very clean and safe following all guidelines. Olivia is an amazing nail technician. She is the best! I showed her a picture from Pinterest and she was able to replicate it identically. They definitely have a large color selection. The salon sends you an appointment confirmation message as well as a reminder message the day of your appointment. This is definitely the best salon in the area!! read more

A little gem spotted nearly on the border of Pasadena and Arcadia! A caveat is that this location is in a super small plaza and next to a car alarm shop. I came here on a Sunday afternoon and was shocked to find it completely empty! There were about three nail technicians in there waiting for customers and promptly started filling water up when I walked in asking for a pedicure. My nail technician, Judy, was great! I love and I mean, LOVE, callus treatments since my feet have seen things. I asked her about it and she immediately showed me the pricing card. I noticed that it wasn't included in the basic pedi treatment like other places and she informed me that they charge an additional $6 if I didn't want to upgrade to the next package. I opted for that instead since I didn't need the rest of the bells and whistles. Judy was very thorough and periodically checked with me to make sure how short I wanted to make my nails. She did an awesome job scraping the gunk that collected for years. It looked 110x better than before! She also got rid of my ingrown nail on one of my toes. I don't think that anyone has really spent time on my heels, balls of my feet and toes during the callus treatment like Judy! The light foot massage was also a plus! She didn't rush like other technicians that have worked on my feet and I'm so grateful that I had a great first experience here. The woman at the front desk, who may be the owner, was very nice and welcoming. She let me use the Yelp check-in discount so my total was $19 sans tip. What an awesome deal and service! read more

I was really excited to try this nail salon but I was extremely disappointed. I came in for a basic manicure with French tips. I didn't get the name of the lady that serviced me, but I was underwhelmed by the finish product. Uneven lines, weird white streaks, just a very half-assed job overall. I don't know if they only service their loyal customers well, but I'd think twice about coming here. read more
