Yuriy messaged me first that he was on his way and he came exactly on time. The repair required him to remove the door trim to access the door hardware. He had to charge me for that which I had no problem with. He completed the job, and also showed me why the door was off and how he fixed it. He cleaned up and I couldn't even tell that the door trim was removed and reinstalled (despite him not having paint either). Payment was by Zelle. Very impressed with the work and professionalism.
