I wear monthly contact lenses and I do have a poor habit of sleeping with them on. Knowing that last year, she had prescribed me a higher quality of monthly contact lenses. She doesn't shame but just understands and she helps improve where I'm at. I think she's a wonderful healthcare provider and I do feel she cares about her patients. I really should take my contacts out every night. Sorry Dr. Patel! I'll do better :D This year, she made sure my eyes were healthy and my prescription were appropriate. Good news: my eyeballs are healthy. Her team is very competent and I really appreciated them reviewing my insurance plan benefits ahead of the appointment to ensure we knew what the plan was okay with this year. No new frames this year because I got them last year. That reminds me, I'm suppose to give them a call to order my contact lenses for the year. We gave this prescription a trial to see if I like them before they'll order them for me. They're great and I'm so happy to have them as part of my health.

We left an hour and a half after closing on a holiday Friday, with Dr. Fox and his caring, lovely admin person wishing us well. Dr. Tim Fox is truly a gifted intuitive healer. He not only cared for my son's eyes masterfully, but also, with true grace and noteworthy subtlety, knew how to care for the hearts of a 10 year old frightened he may have to on chemo injections again, a frantic mom afraid he'll go blind and trying to keep a straight face, his worried grandmother, and a teenager. As far as non-emergent care: he's clearly a pro; his lovely admin went out of her way to meet the needs of my family in the waiting room and to give me everything I could need in the future; he had an office dog for many years; his office is a rotating art display for local artists; and he's a gentle-spirited, golden-hearted, smart, abundantly likeable human. I picked out frames and have since gotten more compliments on my glasses than anything else I own. In addition to the care provided by Dr. Fox, the staff is very helpful and informative. They are happy to help you select frames but are not overbearing like places at the mall. I went in today with hopelessly broken Wayfarer sunglasses and they were able to fix them on the spot. I inquired if they had a service for repairs and the associate told me she could take care of it for me in less than ten minutes and not to go too far. She saw that my case that held the glasses was damaged and without me asking gave me a new one. This Warby Parker is located in the Promenade in Dresher.
