This review is for the Culver City 0360 office. I would like to express my gratitude for an…read moreoutstanding employee by the name of Edger. I came to have my mother's funeral program printed. I had printed a copy and brought it with me not knowing I would have to send it via e-mail for processing. Fortunately, I had my computer in the car. Edger took the time to explain what to do, how to do it, and once received, when I could expect them to be ready for pick up. Once I got home, I noticed I had made a mistake on the program. I called Edger who confirmed the programs hadn't been printed yet (thank God). He told me to correct the mistake and to resend the file (He wasn't able to make the change for me because of the type of file it was). I made the changes, resent the e-mail and everything worked out fine. When I went the next day to pick up the programs Edger was off, but made sure everything was printed, folded and ready to go. Thank you, Edger, for your professionalism, patience, knowledge, and caring disposition. What I thought was a little pricy originally, Edger made it worth every penny.

Completely unprofessional and unreliable!!! I went to them to have my client's brochure printed for a trade show out of town, which is time sensitive. I sent them an old design to get a quote. A few days later, after my client agreed on the price, I sent them the new design labeled FINAL. They never quoted me the shipping fees, although I asked repeatedly how it would be delivered. Couple days later, only after I inquired when it will be done, I was told there would be a $75 shipping fee! Then I was given 2 hours to pay the balance before UPS pick up in a text. I was in meetings all afternoon and missed that deadline. And thank God I missed that deadline and it wasn't shipped. When I showed up the next day to pick up, I almost had a heart attack! They printed the old design! Can you imagine the look on my client's face if they were to receive the wrong brochure the day before they leave town for the trade show? When I questioned them about it, they completely refused to admit it was their mistake and called me names! If that's the kind of print shop you want to work with, go ahead!

It was a true nightmare! I took photos in of my husband and our family and wanted to create a…read moreposter for him for his 80th birthday. I spent hours going through our albums at home and figuring out which pictures would be best and I dropped them off. I picked up the poster. Noticed one photo didn't look right so they fixed that one, but I really didn't go into detail on all of them because they were like 170 pictures and when the party planner put it up at the party, I walked in because it was surprise and everybody said oh my God, who are these people . The pictures had been AI altered I think and didn't look like the people that they were supposed to be. I was so embarrassed. I spent so much time and energy to get it right. To have a camera store take my photos and give them back to me altered was such a disappointment. The owner of the store didn't even apologize and said I should've looked at all the pictures more carefully when I picked it up. Who would think the photos would be altered ? Awful customer service Rude owner There are plenty of Photoshops you can go to for A passport picture if that's what you need Don't trust them!!!!
