I then went outside, looked it up from the autozone website, went back inside and gave this particular employee the part number and he acted as if he was annoyed with me. Very unknowledgeable, quick to dismiss customers and extremely rude. I have been a loyal autozone employee for many years. Nothing but good experiences with many different locations but I will never go back to that location again. There is another autozone location on the other end of town and I highly recommend you go there. Get any parts that you need from this location and get it shipped to another location.

What makes this more frustrating is the history my family has had with this dealership. Over 25 years of continued business and referrals. At this point the lack of urgency, communication and support is unacceptable. I do want to recognize Marty in the service department-he has been professional and kind throughout.
