The girl that helped me was good but the manager who was to fat to stand and help people was laying on the counter throwing the f word around like it was f it friday. The girl helping me asked him a question about some engine honey being 2 different colors and he went on some rant about the way things used to be but that was well be for your time. ????? The two workers at this location were the rudest autozone employees I have ever had to deal with. They acted as if I was inconveniencing them and when I asked for a specific part, he took 20 seconds at most to try to look it up. I then went outside, looked it up from the autozone website, went back inside and gave this particular employee the part number and he acted as if he was annoyed with me. Very unknowledgeable, quick to dismiss customers and extremely rude. I have been a loyal autozone employee for many years. Nothing but good experiences with many different locations but I will never go back to that location again. There is another autozone location on the other end of town and I highly recommend you go there. Get any parts that you need from this location and get it shipped to another location. read more

Called ahead to determine if they had part. They did, and I said I was on my way to pick up and to have it ready. Situation was urgent. I got there an hour or more later, assuming it would be at register when I walked in. The woman to whom I spoke hadn't even pulled the part. She took her sweet time lumbering around, climbing ladders, reminding me of a stoned sloth. They should have never legalized weed. No one wants to work, possesses any ambition, or even gives a damn about the ethics of service. read more

Worst customer service I have ever received in my life. I asked a simple question about the shelf price vs the final price of some antifreeze/coolant and the guy and I quote says "Man did they teach you how to read, it says rebate right on the tag, what school did you go to?" I will never shop at this or any Autozone again, go to O'Riely or any of the other NUMEROUS locations that actually provide good customer service, their last good review was from 2014, times have changed. read more

The last "good" review was over 3 yrs ago; there's reason for that which I'm about to explain. Went in to see if a part that I needed TODAY was available and was told and I quote: "We don't have it here in this store, but we do have one in stock at the warehouse in Livonia. If you place your order by 2:30pm today, we'll have it here for you waiting by 5pm." This was at 12:30pm and I decided to check around with some of their competitors to see if they had any in stock or could get them in today from another store. Nope....so went back to AutoZone on North St. - Jackson, MI. and placed the order at 1:15pm. I returned at 5:15pm and was quickly informed that the driver hadn't arrived yet, but would be in by 6:00pm. At 6:05pm, with still no part, I was then informed that it might be longer, and then she left and I was on my own.....waiting.....waiting and finally at 6:33pm, I told the 2 remaining employees, that I had a truck up on the rack and my mechanic was needing the part, but when it came in, to call me as I was sick & tired of waiting on someone who obviously wasn't there yet. I was assured that they would call me when it came in. At 9:05pm, I received a call from my mechanic stating that all the other parts were in and they were waiting for this last part. I quickly called AutoZone and before I could even state my name or the reason for my call, the parts guy promptly put me on hold. I hung up and immediately called him back and before he had a chance to do it again, I told him that I'd been waiting a LONG TIME to find out if my part had come in ..... and why had he put me on hold? He stated and I quote: "I was busy with another customer here in the store." I told him I was also a customer, but because of his 'attitude' that situation was about to change. I then inquired as to whether my part had come in or not. He told me that it had arrived a short time after I'd left the store. Then asked why I hadn't been called informing me of that news. Was told that since he hadn't taken the initial message, that it wasn't his responsibility to call the customer to tell them such. Needless to say, he got another earful when I arrived at the store to get my part. Management on the corporate level will be informed, that remedial training needs to be implemented if they want my business in the future, because until it does, I'm going to the competition and wait for the part to come the next day, rather than listen to lies and excuses from the employees at AutoZone. read more
