THÉ! It is called "Art & Thé" !
No wonder it was almost impossible to find this place on Yelp, which is a shame. Because this is one of the nicest restaurants we have been to during our stay in Paris.
Located near the famous "Pere Lachaise" cemetry, this is a very nicew place to have lunch after a long walk. The choice of foods is relatively small, but that is by no means a bad sign.
We have been to the "Art & Thé" three times in two weeks and every single thing I ordered was excellent. The lamb, the steaks, the fish - everything! The amount of food you get is definately above average either.
For lunch, they offer combinations of either an entree + main dish or main dish + dessert for 15€, which is not only generally cheap but also the best value for money that we discovered in Paris. Likewise the alcohol is relatively cheap. Aperitifs (Kir, Portwine, ...) range around 4€ while digestifs (Cognac that is) cost 6€. Beer and wine were also affordable. That however didn't mean bad quality. All drinks were known brands (f.e. "Remy Martin" Cognac). The food is very good, better than most other restaurants we have tried in the City. What really stood out though were the desserts, which were fantastic. Especially the Creme Brulee was one of a kind.
While the "Art & Thé" is very nicely decorated, especially on the outisde, it is by no means a tourist trap. On the contrary - we were about the only non French people everytime we have been there. Most people seemed to have known the service personnel - local regulars most likely (and another green flag!). This does not come as much of a surprise since all people working there seem to genuinely like their job and are always very friendly and service oriented
I never left the place hungry or thirsty - but always happy.
