Amazing customer service! I came here to have a ring cleaned today, Luis did an amazing job, its sparkling like new!! (For only $10!) While they do the cleaning they bring you into the room so you know they aren't doing anything shady with your jewelry, which I appreciate!! During the cleaning one of the diamonds in my band was loose and ended up falling out in the cleanser. I didn't realize until I got back to the hotel, but of course when I realized I panicked! I went back to Art Connection to ask if he had noticed the stone or if we could look for it. Luis drained the cleanser to find it, tested to make sure it was my diamond and that it fit, then reset it and checked all of the other diamonds in the band while he was at it, all at no charge. If you live on the Beach or on vacation and you still have a watch, this blingy shop offers to replace watch batteries. Unfortunately, my watch was pronounced dead after mistakenly joining me in the Bay. They were very nice about it. And, there's all sorts of jewelry to match lots of tastes. Bought an $80 "gold" ring in October, wore it only once, needed money and tried getting it pawned 2months later. Turns out the ring is worthless, tried to return it with my original receipt and was told they don't do returns, only exchanges. Accepted the ordeal, then they told me the ring is scratched and worn out (it wasn't), and since its been months since the purchase they can't accept an exchange. I'm surprised this place has a good rating, I feel screwed over, and wouldn't trust purchasing anything here. read more

Art Connection has expensive looking jewelry at reasonable prices. The store is beautifully decorated and when I entered the store I felt like I was in for a wonderful journey! I was searching for a birthday present for my wife, and as a man, it is not easy to shop for a woman. The owner of the shop (Gabriella from Switzerland) is very helpful and knowledgable who assisted me in choosing a matching set of earrings and bracelet. I was afraid to ask the price because it looked like expensive diamonds. I was shocked to discover how reasonable it was! My wife loved her present and I really scored points with her gift. I was happy to see that they change watch batteries, so I took advantage of this service while I was there. Went there to get the links of a watch fixed. After reading a little bit online, everyone was saying it would have been at least $20-$30 to fix it in Miami. To my surprise, when I asked in that small store they told me they could do it for only $5. The lady behind the counter was being very nice with us while my watch was being fixed, which took less than five minutes. Thank you for the fast service! read more

I've bought two rings from them and have a credit for something that I put on layaway and later decided against. This is a small, mom-and-pop business so also feels good to support my local economy. What a great store for Trendy Mens Jewerly. I am always on the look out for mens jewerly thats trendy and never find anything. Its always for girls, but this store has a huge selection of mens jewerly and they use real stones! the quality is amazing and the customer service is beyond great. Right away, clean, wide verify, and one of the best staff ive seen on south beach! $5 for fixing my pin, $10 for a cleaning or any battery! You cant find that anywhere on south beach everything is around $25 up for the smallest things. I took a sterling silver bracelet for repair this week. When I arrived at the location listed on Yelp, I was told the jeweler was at the new location down the street. The staff was very attentive and one of them escorted me to the new store so I could speak to the jeweler. I showed the jeweler, Luis, the bracelet and explained what I wanted done. He said it would be ready the next day. I picked it up the next day, and it appeared to be fine. However, when I removed it, I noticed that although it had been repaired, it was not exactly what I wanted. I returned to the shop the next day and explained the situation to Luis. He was very pleasant and understanding. He promised to fix it again and call me as soon as it was ready. That same evening I received a call letting me know the bracelet was ready. I stopped by to pick it up the next day, and lo and behold, the bracelet had been successfully repaired. The original charge was $10.00. I was not charged at all for the second job. I would definitely recommend Luis for his attentive service. read more
