I have been a customer for a few years. However, I will never take my clothes there in the future…read more They have ruined several of my Jos A Bank dress shirts. The non caring owner claims that this brand of shirts shrink. So, apparently he knew this before cleaning the shirts, before taking my money and never warned me of the shrinkage issue until after the damage was done. What makes it worse is that he never apologized and made me feel as if I was the blame for his error. I'm starting to feel like the other disappointed customers who said that all they care about is your money. They only care until you have an issue. I never had this issue with my previous cleaners. Also, I never had a shrinkage issue with these shirts at Dry Clean World until recently.

He offered to do it a second time but I didn't feel like paying another $25 for the same result. I can take it to a laundromat and wash it myself. The…read moreestablishment does not provide a clear listing of their prices upfront, which led to an unexpected surprise at the time of pick-up--a credit card processing fee among other undisclosed charges. While I am not opposed to paying additional fees, provided they are agreed upon in advance, the lack of transparency here was disconcerting. Prior to my visit, I had done some research--anticipating a reputable service as suggested by online reviews. However, my experience has since cast doubt on their credibility. To ensure compliance with regulations, dry cleaners should disclose their fees beforehand. Charges should align with the provided receipt (it did not). If you're considering Tower Cleaners for your dry cleaning needs, I would urge you to proceed with caution and to inquire about all potential fees before entrusting them with your garments. Recently, I had a pen that busted and leaked blue ink discoloring the pocket and front of a white lab coat. The stain was the size of my hand. I dropped it off expecting to buy another coat. When I returned to pick the coat up the stain was gone and the coat looked new again. The manager knows many of his customers by name and greets each of them. I have been to other dry cleaners and the outcomes have been less than desirable. I have had garments returned torn, burnt, and with broken buttons. The mangers at the other places, for the most part, have not been receptive to compensating me for damage they have wrought. There has only been one event where I needed something redone at this dry cleaner. It was not that big of a deal except I work in a public setting and my attire cannot be rumpled or stained. I took it back and pointed out the infraction. There was no resistance. He apologized and redid the item. That was good customer service. I plan to be a return customer for quite some time. 39/100

This is a family business and I've watched their sons grow up working there. I generally have shirts, suit, or an occasional sock laundered if I'm not careful.
