For some reason today the woman using a large dust mop cleaner for the floor, stood next to me as if she wanted me to move out her way ( she push the floor duster right by my feet) , so she can clean the floor, instead of waiting for me to move, she's on the phone and she appears to be speaking in Spanish, but I think her demeanor towards the customers courtesy wise today was inappropriate , considering it is almost 1:00 PM. This place should've been cleaned already before it opened or upon opening. Which is 8 AM.. I like this location but what they could probably do. ( message for The owners) is to let them know that the person they have cleaning the place today needs to be more customer friendly , and more customer considerate.. I come here quite often and I've never seen the floor this full of debris etc. , so I understand them wanting to clean it, but just be considerate to your customers..

My 4-Star Review for WaveMax Laundry ​I have been coming to…read morethis WaveMax Laundry location off Cobb Parkway near the Big Chicken almost every week on Tuesdays or Wednesdays at midday for months now. While the facility is clean and the staff is wonderful, I am giving this a 4-star review instead of a 5-star because of a frustrating issue with the dryer timers. ​Whenever you open a dryer door to pull a few items out early, the timer keeps ticking down. You end up losing precious minutes that you paid for while the machine is paused. I have mentioned this before, and I really hope the owner can find a way to remedy this so the timer pauses when the door is opened. ​Aside from that issue, the facility itself is great. It is about two years old, filled with excellent new machines, and kept incredibly clean. I also appreciate that when the owner adjusted the dryers to 10 cents a quarter, he lowered the washing machine prices from $5.75 down to $5.00. Another big plus is the late hours, with the last wash at 8:00 PM and closing at 10:00PM ​The absolute best part of this laundromat is the staff. There are three ladies who work here, including Elena, who opens in the morning. They are the heartbeat of this business and work incredibly hard. ​Recently, the owner seems to have secured a new hotel contract because flatbeds and trucks have been arriving loaded down with massive trailers of dirty laundry. Even though their workload has easily tripled, these three women don't skip a beat. They keep the place spotless--constantly wiping down the machines inside and out, cleaning the dryers, and keeping the floors immaculate--all while being warm and friendly to everyday customers. ​Because the laundromat is open from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, these ladies are putting in long, demanding days, with Elena often working past her shift to handle the commercial laundry. I truly hope the owner recognizes their dedication under this heavy new workload and rewards them with a well-deserved raise. They treat this business like it is their own and deserve to be financially appreciated!

Can't believe I didn't know it was here after all Joe's To Go is next door. When you don't use it, you don't know it's here. ‍ As I entered the parking lot , I noticed it was full but after getting out my car I noticed the traffic is more so at the gas station and Joe's To Go. There was one customer waiting with her small kids. I looked for the large washer and confirmed the price. You can tell I've never used a laundromat before. There are 2 change machines , laundry detergent machine and laundry bag machine. I brought my own laundry detergent. The cost to wash a large comforter is $8.25. The cost to dry is .25 and that's for 7 minutes. With this comforter I'll need more time say like 30 min but then again maybe not bc it's on "high heat" . The interior was clean. The floors mopped ... There is 1 bathroom shared with male/female. 5 folding tables. 16 dryers... 17 washers...4 rolling carts.... If you want or need snacks, gas station is next door, however, There is a NO FOOD/DRINK sign posted on the front door. Signs are posted throughout the facility "Please remove Your Laundry As Soon As Machine Finishes" . It's also noted unattended clothing will be removed and the staff is not responsible for loss of clothing or damaged clothing. Overall, I was pleased considering I've never used a laundromat. I've heard how some can be dirty and supplies are limited to none. I will be back!

It has an atm machine and a change machine. To my surprise the machine only accepts dollar coins smh I search my entire house for quarters anyhoo thank goodness for the atm inside I was able to withdraw cash and change it to dollar coins. The larger washer are $7 the smaller ones $5. The dryer you pay by the minute. They have TVs to help pass the time and the attendant was extremely helpful and friendly. I was finished in an hour.
