I had originally gave this laundromat a five star. However based on this update they are getting a one star! I put my quarters in the dryer and push the wrong button (broken dryer). I was told by the employee that per the owner, She wouldn't be able to give me a $.50 refund because it was my fault. That's terrible customer service. All you have to do is open the coin section and give me my $.50 back. I'm big in customer service and this left a bad taste in my mouth. It shows you don't care about the customer your in it for the money only! read more

I've been in search of a touchless car wash that doesn't make you drive over the metal bars thing. I'm so glad I found this place! The only thing is the last two times I've been here the dryer didn't come on but I'm ok with it because we always towel dry the car. read more

I brought one of my vehicles here to try the touch-free wash, it was not very dirty so it turned out ok, you could see noticeable lines where the car was cleaner where the spray passed over it. Several months later I brought another vehicle with a roof rack that I can't take to a normal tunnel wash that was dirty from driving several miles on a dirt road after it rained. It fit in the touch-free wash but it just knocked the dirt off, you could still see all the muddy splotches on the side of the car after it dried. Not worth the money, should have just washed it at home the first time, instead I had to wash it at home after paying for a car wash. read more

I do not normally go to the laundromat (have not been to one in over 8 years) Pro's Clean They do not have TVs which is great because people are not just in there hanging out. The hot water is hot not just warm. No screaming kids. Polite staff Con's As soon as the employee went to lunch people started throwing their dryer sheets on the floor. As soon as she came back in she got her broom and cleaned it up again. read more

Can't believe I didn't know it was here after all Joe's To Go is next door. When you don't use it, you don't know it's here. ‍ As I entered the parking lot , I noticed it was full but after getting out my car I noticed the traffic is more so at the gas station and Joe's To Go. There was one customer waiting with her small kids. I looked for the large washer and confirmed the price. You can tell I've never used a laundromat before. There are 2 change machines , laundry detergent machine and laundry bag machine. I brought my own laundry detergent. The cost to wash a large comforter is $8.25. The cost to dry is .25 and that's for 7 minutes. With this comforter I'll need more time say like 30 min but then again maybe not bc it's on "high heat" . The interior was clean. The floors mopped ... There is 1 bathroom shared with male/female. 5 folding tables. 16 dryers... 17 washers...4 rolling carts.... If you want or need snacks, gas station is next door, however, There is a NO FOOD/DRINK sign posted on the front door. Signs are posted throughout the facility "Please remove Your Laundry As Soon As Machine Finishes" . It's also noted unattended clothing will be removed and the staff is not responsible for loss of clothing or damaged clothing. Overall, I was pleased considering I've never used a laundromat. I've heard how some can be dirty and supplies are limited to none. I will be back!

(and the one time they were not I let the staff know and she was RIGHT on it and thanked me rather than acting like it was an inconvenience) Plenty of carts (small and large) tables, stools at tables, seats. Well lit with flat screens on both walls and free wifi! They even have an automatic button on the doors with a ramp and crosswalk going to the parking lot! There is cameras covering the entire place. We bring my 4 year old with us to do our laundry and the absolute best thing about clean right is the KIDS ZONE! He has space he can be without being in the way and it makes it fun for him to come with us and less like a chore. They have a fun rug, flex seating, a table with chairs, books and a TV with cartoons and fun paintings on the walls! You can see the kids zone from multiple folding tables so he is able to stay seated there while we fold but we still have eyes on him at all times. There was fun decorations featuring a large Grinch for Christmas that my son also enjoyed. They have vending for laundry supplies and well as snacks that take cards, coins or bills. They have options for payments, an app to use to do all cashless, an ATM and a coin machine. You can even add cash to the app using the coin machine. We use the app and have zero issues, it even sends you notifications when your cycle is almost done. They also offer pick up or drop off laundry services as well. The staff is always friendly and here to help if you have an issue or questions, plus they will press the door button if they see you headed to it with your hands full. Affordable prices as well, a little more than other places close but for all the other things mentioned it's well worth the few extra dollars we spend each week. All around BEST LAUNDRY MAT IN GAINESVILLE and I and SOOO glad we found this place. It makes our unwelcome task of laundry outside the home a little more peaceful!! The non caring owner claims that this brand of shirts shrink. So, apparently he knew this before cleaning the shirts, before taking my money and never warned me of the shrinkage issue until after the damage was done. What makes it worse is that he never apologized and made me feel as if I was the blame for his error. I'm starting to feel like the other disappointed customers who said that all they care about is your money. They only care until you have an issue. I never had this issue with my previous cleaners. Also, I never had a shrinkage issue with these shirts at Dry Clean World until recently.
