He wants you to walk single file at a snail pace, I'm an adult and know what speed I need to walk around at. If he wanted to say something to me personally he could have, instead he decided to make a loud outburst and get everyone's attention. He got his little spark of attention and walked away, but this will be the last time I come to this establishment and spend my money. Machines ok, employees rude and snarky looking for someone to lash out at.

While the facility is clean and the staff is wonderful, I am giving this a 4-star review instead of a 5-star because of a frustrating issue with the dryer timers. ​Whenever you open a dryer door to pull a few items out early, the timer keeps ticking down. You end up losing precious minutes that you paid for while the machine is paused. I have mentioned this before, and I really hope the owner can find a way to remedy this so the timer pauses when the door is opened. ​Aside from that issue, the facility itself is great. It is about two years old, filled with excellent new machines, and kept incredibly clean. I also appreciate that when the owner adjusted the dryers to 10 cents a quarter, he lowered the washing machine prices from $5.75 down to $5.00. Another big plus is the late hours, with the last wash at 8:00 PM and closing at 10:00PM ​The absolute best part of this laundromat is the staff. There are three ladies who work here, including Elena, who opens in the morning. They are the heartbeat of this business and work incredibly hard. ​Recently, the owner seems to have secured a new hotel contract because flatbeds and trucks have been arriving loaded down with massive trailers of dirty laundry. Even though their workload has easily tripled, these three women don't skip a beat. They keep the place spotless--constantly wiping down the machines inside and out, cleaning the dryers, and keeping the floors immaculate--all while being warm and friendly to everyday customers. ​Because the laundromat is open from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, these ladies are putting in long, demanding days, with Elena often working past her shift to handle the commercial laundry. I truly hope the owner recognizes their dedication under this heavy new workload and rewards them with a well-deserved raise. Anyway I was in a very bad wreck and I have several disabilities and I wanted to ask some questions about the facility itself and speak with someone who's actually in there not someone from an office at another location or from some robot voice that's been programmed to say certain things. I really wanted to speak with someone especially after all the wonderful reviews that I have read . I still have yet to hear back from anyone but each time that I called I was assured that someone would be getting in touch with me . Three times yesterday and three times today . I would call back after 3 hours of not getting a call back I would try them again . My last call was actually more like a regular voicemail rather than the robot lady . But I still have not received a call back . And I really needed to do some laundry since my washing machine is having issues and I do have disabilities from a really bad wreck and Connor's best laundry is just around the corner from me so it's very close by I know there's a lot of parking even though there's not a lot right in front of it but still it's better than traveling someplace else and ending up in a place that it's not very clean or not very good or not very updated. And everything I've read about this facility sounds wonderful. Except for the fact I can't get anybody to answer the phone and I can't get anybody to return my phone calls . And again like I said earlier in another review please overlook spelling and capitalization and punctuation because it's not letting me correct them very easily at all and my hands don't do that well anyway but I do know how to spell and I know how to capitalize and I know how to punctuate but between this thing and my stupid phone with the wonderful updates that make all your settings go away I can't seem to win for losing you know what I mean .? Can't believe I didn't know it was here after all Joe's To Go is next door. When you don't use it, you don't know it's here. ‍ As I entered the parking lot , I noticed it was full but after getting out my car I noticed the traffic is more so at the gas station and Joe's To Go. There was one customer waiting with her small kids. I looked for the large washer and confirmed the price. You can tell I've never used a laundromat before. There are 2 change machines , laundry detergent machine and laundry bag machine. I brought my own laundry detergent. The cost to wash a large comforter is $8.25. The cost to dry is .25 and that's for 7 minutes. With this comforter I'll need more time say like 30 min but then again maybe not bc it's on "high heat" . The interior was clean. The floors mopped ... There is 1 bathroom shared with male/female. 5 folding tables. 16 dryers... 17 washers...4 rolling carts.... If you want or need snacks, gas station is next door, however, There is a NO FOOD/DRINK sign posted on the front door. Signs are posted throughout the facility "Please remove Your Laundry As Soon As Machine Finishes" . It's also noted unattended clothing will be removed and the staff is not responsible for loss of clothing or damaged clothing. Overall, I was pleased considering I've never used a laundromat. I've heard how some can be dirty and supplies are limited to none. I will be back!

The attendant was always wiping down machines. I like that you can use your debit/credit card or exchange cash for dollar coins. There is a dollar general next door or a community rack with left over washing supplies if you run out or forget an item. They have washers that load up to 8 loads, 6 loads, 4 loads and 2 loads. We used 10 of the washers at once. It breaks down to a dollar a load. The dryers are efficient and don't nickel and dime you. There are plenty of folding tables and baskets on wheels. While we were there my daughter had a seizure. The attendant on duty was so helpful! I wish I got her name. She had long braids in her hair. She allowed me to leave my finished laundry there while I rushed my daughter home to rest. When I returned she helped me get my belongings out to the car and asked if my daughter was ok. Others there washing were just as helpful. I was very grateful for all her assistance with an overwhelming experience. It was by accident that I passed a laundry mat closer to my location, but if I ever need to bulk wash again, it will be on purpose that I go to this exact location.

(and the one time they were not I let the staff know and she was RIGHT on it and thanked me rather than acting like it was an inconvenience) Plenty of carts (small and large) tables, stools at tables, seats. Well lit with flat screens on both walls and free wifi! They even have an automatic button on the doors with a ramp and crosswalk going to the parking lot! There is cameras covering the entire place. We bring my 4 year old with us to do our laundry and the absolute best thing about clean right is the KIDS ZONE! He has space he can be without being in the way and it makes it fun for him to come with us and less like a chore. They have a fun rug, flex seating, a table with chairs, books and a TV with cartoons and fun paintings on the walls! You can see the kids zone from multiple folding tables so he is able to stay seated there while we fold but we still have eyes on him at all times. There was fun decorations featuring a large Grinch for Christmas that my son also enjoyed. They have vending for laundry supplies and well as snacks that take cards, coins or bills. They have options for payments, an app to use to do all cashless, an ATM and a coin machine. You can even add cash to the app using the coin machine. We use the app and have zero issues, it even sends you notifications when your cycle is almost done. They also offer pick up or drop off laundry services as well. The staff is always friendly and here to help if you have an issue or questions, plus they will press the door button if they see you headed to it with your hands full. Affordable prices as well, a little more than other places close but for all the other things mentioned it's well worth the few extra dollars we spend each week. All around BEST LAUNDRY MAT IN GAINESVILLE and I and SOOO glad we found this place. It makes our unwelcome task of laundry outside the home a little more peaceful!!
