The place was moderately busy, but service was friendly and excellent. It has a bright, cheerful feel inside, and the outdoor seating looked really inviting too -- I just wasn't dressed for hot weather that morning. The cat area is enclosed with walls and large windows. We checked in just outside the cat area and signed a waiver. Once inside the cat area, there were plenty of places to sit or walk around to the cats. Also plenty of toys to play with the cats. Rules were posted on the wall and a binder full of the cat names and information. Some cats were sleeping, others were all about playing, and others liked our laps. A cat personality for everyone. One of the cats were fortunate to be adopted that day so we got to see the new owners take the cat home. There were also a couple of people cleaning the area from Goodwill. They were friendly and mostly stayed out of the way. We grabbed a coffee, smoothie, and cat sugar cookie after our time in the cat area. All of them were yummy!
