ARS installed a new AC unit at my home on June 1, 2020. Within a week it was heating instead of cooling. I turned off the power and turned it back on. The unit worked fine. However the same problem persisted. I called for service. ARS promised to send a technician twice and no one showed up. 3 times a technician showed up to "evaluate" the problem but not fix it. Several times, my service appointment had to be rescheduled because they were too busy for me. Frustrated, I called ARS corporate for help. After more than 20 phone calls to ARS and suffering with my new unit heating DURING THE SUMMER, finally on July 29. two technicians showed up to fix the problem. One was not wearing a mask. I asked him to wear one and he put it around his chin. I wanted to send him back but felt I had to let them fix the problem since it had been not working properly for 2 months and no one at ARS seemed to care about my problem. My system no longer heats, my but more work needs to be done. I will find someone one else but no one from ARS will ever set foot in my house again. This company is the worst! They failed to close out my permit and REFUSED to resolve it. I had to keep calling them in order to get an update on the progress. It's taken over two months since the permit was re-opened and it still has not been resolved -- so I'm having to take care of it myself. They repaired my unit incorrectly, and the freon leaked out of one of my A/C units. This company is a NIGHTMARE! Stay away from ARS at all costs!!! Eight years ago we purchased a home HVAC system through ARS, and paid extra for their 10-year parts & labor warranty. After an earlier warranty problem with ARS, we discontinued using them for periodic maintenance, and now use Arctic Cool. The system quit working last week, and Arctic Cool quickly determined that the evaporator coil was leaking, and needed to be replaced. I contacted ARS for a warranty replacement, and they insisted on charging me over $300 for a 5-minute leak test to confirm the evaporator coil replacement need. Not only should there be no diagnostic fee to simply confirm the need for a warranty replacement, $300 for a 5-minute confirmation test is unreasonable. In short, ARS was determined to get a substantial service fee regardless of my warranty. Since I could not trust that ARS would not find something else to charge me for once they started the project, and since the coil itself was covered by the manufacturer, I had Arctic Cool replace the evaporator coil, paying their installation labor which was not much more than ARS's $300 test fee. I have totally lost confidence in ARS's desire and ability to stand by the labor part of their HVAC warranties. read more

Only giving one Star because there isn't an option for ZERO STARS. Hindsight is 20/20. I purchased my new AC unit in April 2018. ARS was a No show for annual inspection. About 10 days ago I called because the system was not heating. Tech came and spent several hours to tell me the WIFI thermostat was not working. He replaced it at a cost to me of $200. Now, my system is not cooling. Tech came and now he says my system needs repairs of $550. He claims the unit vibrates and the broken copper pipe and totally empty coolant just happens. Alex, manager, really acted like he was doing us a favor by only charging $550. Seems to me if a brand new unit vibrates so much it's breaking parts, it was not installed properly. This is a $7000 Rheem unit thats only a year and a half old. What should expect at 3 years, 5 years? Wondering if this same tech (doing a system inspection) did not notice 10 days ago that something was breaking and the coolant was low?? What took all those hours?? Home Depot should be embarrassed to be associated with this company. I will be telling everyone I know NOT to use this company and Lowe's will get my home improvement business. Horrible simple horrible service horrible quality. I had Kevin come to my house and sold me a unit. My old unit was working but it was old he told me that this unit will make my electric bill go low plus the unit had 10 year worry free.... lol what a joke here I am 2 years later they never inspected my duct system has collapse making my unit work harder that supposed. My light bill is $450. Last they left a gas valve leaking. I told the inspector that I smell gas near the unit he replied that it was normal. (I'm not a AC expert plus this people where recommended from Home Depot they mis be professionals) nope, for my surprise after 2+ year and overpaying for electricity the unit started to mess up and when the service guy came (5 hours late and 6 call laters) he found that my unit is over working because they fail to check my duct which had collapsed and to top it off I had a gas leak for two years. Had an appointment with ARS for a Thursday. Received a call EVERY DAY from Monday to Wednesday to confirm said appointment. Thursday morning spoke to them to confirm the appointment yet again. Appointment set for 2-6. 605 comes around and no tech. Call ARS and I'm told that they tried to call me numerous times but they had the wrong number. I asked how that could be because they called me EVERY DAY including that morning to confirm. Apparently there's 3 different systems and when info was being transferred from system 1 to systems 2 & 3 my number was entered incorrectly! When I asked if they could come Friday morning first appointment (since I have already waited over 4 hours) I was told "No because they had other appointments scheduled". I replied "You don't schedule specific times, so what's the difference?" Was told "NO!" Very unprofessional! I will NEVER use them or recommend them! Home Depot should rethink who they are sub-contracting to! read more

I bought this unit at Home Depot and ARS was contracted to install it. My AC was installed just over a year ago and this is the 2nd time I have had them out for the same thing. Jasper was very professional and efficient. My appointment time was for between 10 and 2pm. They arrived at 2:20pm. They did keep in contact to let me know what was going on. The vent door for the intact wouldn't close properly. He is the first one to figure out what the problem was. Hopefully this is the last visit on a NEW unit. :) read more

At a home show, we saw Home Depot advertising an 'A/C Tune-Up' for $38 instead of $78. We signed up. The tech, a gentlemen named Travis, came out a little late for the appt, but not too badly. (I see that Travis is mentioned in a comment from 8/23. How funny is that?) I'm usually afraid when someone from a big company comes out, knowing eventually I'm going to be given a laundry list of problems. And, that's what I got. He had 3 'plans' for me. One to fix 'everything' for $2700, one to fix 'some' for $1400 and one to fix a few for $700. These prices were all dependent on my buying their $170 Home Coverage plan, or whatever the hell it was. Or, as a personal favor, he would come back after hours, on his own, and fix everything for $500. Can you say 'Used Car Salesman'? My wife heard all of this and said it was a spiel he was reciting. She's my BS detector and she bats a thousand. So, two things here. One: I paid $38 for a 'tune-up'. When I take my car for a tune-up, it comes out running better. ARS thinks a 'tune-up' is an opportunity for them to fleece me. I received no service, nor a tune-up, just the laundry list of things they'd like the opportunity to over-charge me for. So, I paid $38 for the opportunity to get ripped off. Two: The tech offering to come back, on his own, and fix me up for 20% of the cost creates a whole new set of questions. If he can do it for $500, why does ARS think it costs $2700? And, we have here a tech willing to take business from his employer. Why would I trust him? Will he always be around? If something goes wrong, and he doesn't answer, what do I do? Three: I was assured that this was not what this company was about. Really? I'm supposed to believe that every single other of their tech doesn't do this same crap? Inspect my A/C and give me the laundry list of options and try to guilt me into accepting one? I don't believe that for one second. Now to the fun parts. 1) Before the tech left, I got a call from somebody named 'Rodney' from ARS. He was very jovial and happy and asked me what I thought of the tech. I said something like he was ok. He immediately said, 'Great! Thank you! If you have any other questions, please call...." I cut him off there. He didn't give a crap about my service call or my A/C needs. He just wanted to know if the tech was nice to me. I said that I have questions now. He seemed to not know what to do. I told him that I felt I got ripped off. I paid for one thing and got another. He sounded dejected. When I told him about the tech offering to come back on his own, he didn't know what to say. He mumbled something about 'no ...they aren't...I'll talk to his manager...blah blah blah.' My work there was done. Loser. 2) I called a manager at Home Depot, who said ARS was their 'go-to' company for installs and such. After I told her my story, she was appalled. She assured me that this in no way was supposed to happen and she would be contacting the owner immediately. She also refunded me the $38, after I told her I felt ripped off. 3) I got a message from Jennifer in Quality Control. The message was a rambling version of 'of course this isn't how we do business..blah blah blah.' She asked me to call her back, which I have....twice. I haven't heard from her again. I doubt I will. We purchased our unit from ARS 3 years ago ($6,500). I did every tune-up and EVERY service recommendation since then. Since then we had to have our coil replaced, which, in theory is under warranty. However, after paying $1,000 for labor and shipping I don't really feel like it was under warranty. Since that replacement, the unit has made lots of noise and has leaked more Freon - requiring numerous service calls and a valve replacement. Plus our electric bill has increased. Here I sit AGAIN with a unit that I have now spent over $8,000 on, two days before getting whacked by a category 4 Hurricane, and I can't get my house below 80 degrees. Then I am told I would have to pay $110 to have someone out because it's after hours. I think I have paid enough! I don't think it's the technicians fault ... the company should do what's right and replace the entire unit - free of charge. It's a lemon! read more

Ten years ago on a service call ARS told me I needed a new system. I bought the new system but had constant problems with it. After only 8 years, ARS again told me I needed a completely new system. The salesman claimed that someone had sold me an inferior unit the first time so I needed to buy another one. Now it has only been a year and a half and this one is not working properly either. It seems it is always low on freon. I have had numerous problems with this company over the years but I always felt I had to stay with them because they have sold me two systems in 8 years. I kept thinking they would be concerned enough to stand behind what they sell and would want to ensure they work properly. Neither is true and it is long past time for me to cut my losses and move on. I called yesterday for service and they said they would have someone out as soon as possible. I waited all day in my hot house. Finally after 6 p.m. they called back and said they couldn't make it until first thing tomorrow. Had to try to sleep with no A.C. Now it is after 4 p.m. on DAY TWO and they have not been here yet. Apparently they are hoping I will give up and call someone else. At this point that is what I'm forced to do. I would advise you to stay away from this company unless you want to spend a lot of money buying system after system that never cools your house. read more

Horrible Customer Service and horrible service period. I called and spoke with 2 different representatives to confirm my A/C checkup appointment and they both confirmed that my technician would service my A/C unit on time. I took off a half day and waited for the technician to arrive and he never did. I received a call the next morning to reschedule. When I told them the technician never came they told me the technician had arrived and no one was home. On top of that he told them that he tried to call me multiple times. These were all lies! I was at home by my phone waiting for the technician to arrive and he never did. The excuse they gave me was that it was summer time and they were very busy. Home Depot needs to re-evaluate who they contract out, I had a HORRIBLE experience with ARS Rescue Rooter. My family and I were recently without A/C and I was pricing thermostats in Home Depot because I believed that was the problem I was having. While there I figured why not have a pro come out just so I can be sure of myself, so I paid the $80 to have one of their trusted contractors come out. The ARS Rescue Rooter tech came out, asked me what's going on with my A/C, I explained the situation, and he literally took no more than a peek at the entire system (Literally, not one screw or cover was taken off the entire system and not one tool was used except his personal cell phone to talk to a friend) and after he took a peek and got off his phone, the ARS Rescue Rooter tech told me, "It's your peanut relay and those are easy to fix but your problem is that the peanut relay you need does not exist. You're gonna need a completely new system, there is no way I can fix that because the peanut relay you need was made exclusively for your system that isn't even made any more." Then he offered me a system for $7,800.00 with all kinds of discounts, including military (I never served) and got the price down to $6,500.00 and then tells me he enjoyed taking the sales departments $1,000.00 commission because sales love to stiff people. After all this lecturing about how much experience he has with HVAC and "especially" my specific unit, I almost fainted with joy as Stephen Chaplin (oops) began reversing out of my driveway. I heard good things about A-1 Heating & Air so I contacted them for a second opinion. They came out, $80 diagnostic, found my thermostat to be bad and changed it out in less time than the ARS Rescue Rooter tech had been at my house, literally. Good thing is I have hand written estimates from both of the companies :) I WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE USE OR REFER ANYONE TO ARS RESCUE ROOTER! A-1 Heating & Air saved me almost $6,300.00! read more

I bought 2 Air conditioner units at Home Depot 3 years ago. They subcontracted to ARS rescue rooter. I bought 10 years labor and parts service from ARS rescue rooter when they installed the 2 units. So whenever I make appointment, either they don't show up or they will come 4 or 5 hours late. I made an appointment for today several weeks ago for routine maintenance (Tune up). They told me that someone will be here between 9am and 1pm. No one showed up. I called the Orlando office and confirmed the appointment yesterday and this Morning as well regarding the appointment, Really frustrated with their service. Planning to take legal action against them as I am stuck with them for another 7 years as I have already paid for the 10 years parts and labor. read more

My family and me have been sick for 2 months talking various meds prescribed by doctor. We were not getting better. I noticed every time the air conditioner turned on I sneezed. I took a good look at the air handler and there was a big spot of mold growing on top of the unit were there is plaster. Also noticed water collecting on the bottom and pouring out, due to unit unbalanced from the day they installed. OH MY ,, This company doesn't know what they are doing. I now have to deal with home depot to get the job done right. This is not good for Home Depot having this terrible company contracted by them. If I could give them ZERO stars I would. First off they sold us TWO units and sold us on what we didn t want from other companies only to rush through the installation of the units, and they only sent one person (even though they promised two TEAMS). The guy who showed up was rude and lazy and instead of informing us what else needed to be done, he just said it was fine. This was in March and after weeks of trying to get an inspection, we finally did only to have it FAIL due to numerous issues. It has since randomly shut off and keeps blowing fuses (one of the many things they did was ignore the fact that they needed to rewire our electric for the new unit and there for this will keep happening until the repair is done). There are SO many other reasons NOT to use them but save yourself the headache and money--DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! read more

This a follow up from July 16 , technician service. After waiting all day for the technician and the dispatcher found the a new electronic board for air condition unit . The result was not wasn't the board . The unit don't work . The technician arrived to the house around 0530pm and finished at 1130pm that is the reason a give 3 star he don't stop until he found the problem. read more

I was In Home Depot in December of 2015. They (ARS) were in the store and running a special on preventative maintenance on Ac units. ARS sent Johnny to the house. He was very friendly and seemed to know what he was doing... So a couple of weeks ago I had problems with my unit.. I called ARS again and asked for Johnny to come to the house. They said they were busy and he would be there on Thursday. I got a call that he was too busy to make the appointment and would be there on Friday. Friday he came out and diagnosed that the unit was low on freon but wasn't qualified to check the system. He called his office and got an appointment for Monday. On Monday near the end of the appointment window the technician had not called or shown up for the appointment. I called the office and was told again that they were too busy to make the appointment window and would send somebody out on Tuesday. I told ARS that I took the day off work and I needed them out TODAY!! They told me someone would be out. A hour later I got a call that they wouldn't be out on Monday but PROMISED I would be the first stop on Tuesday. At about 10AM on Tuesday they still hadn't called or shown up.. I called the office again and was told that the tech called my phone and I didn't answer so he went to the next stop. BULL!! I checked my phone and there were no incoming calls. While I was in the phone, I got another call and the person from ARS saying the tech would be there before noon. I told them not to send him because I had to go to work. Guess what? At noon I got a call from the tech that he was at the door and why wasn't I there. So I am out the money for the call and had another company out.. Read the reviews I wish I had. read more

I also didn't come here to read these reviews first. However, I also didn't receive service so perhaps that's a good thing reading down these responses. I did persue these folks based on the HD reviews (which I also just learned could be from paid responders!). Nonetheless, I sent in an appt request on line for an estimate for a single zone mini split system. The call I got back the next day was to schedule service to replace an HVAC system. Missed that call but called them back; got someone else who didn't have any idea who I was or who had called me, however she agreed to schedule the appt for me for the next afternoon (Friday) btwn 3-6pm and that the service person would contact me within 30min of arrival. Got an email back shortly thereafter from the same person who called me the first time; responded to her that I had already spoken with someone else and an appt had been scheduled..........no further response. Fast forward to Friday @ 3:00 .....4:00.....5:30...I called in to ARS for a status update, new person to relay the info to, he found my service request and asked me to hold while he checked on the service guy. Five min or less later he came back to me to tell me "the service guy got held up and was running a bit behind", and that (woman's name) would be calling me back within 5 min (same person who called the first time and sent the email). No call back....ever, at all. 7:10...called back to ARS, person # 4 I relayed my request to...then saw the little blue and white car parked outside my house...told her never mind, I'd take it from there. (still no one called me by this point nor had the service guy called to tell us he was on his way). Husband is fuming by this point. Poor service guy...seemed like a nice guy, friendly smile, ready to help. Opened the door to tell him it was then too late...Friday after 7pm, dinner time. He was sincerely apologetic and relayed that they can only respond when they are given the work order. (hmmmmm....does that mean then that there HADN'T been a work order at all until we called in at 5:30 and they just weren't honest enough to say they screwed up the appt???). We told him how unhappy we were with that whole experience, first one, prob last. He again apologized and said he'd relay our frustration back to the company, apologized again and really did look frustrated and walked away like we'd beat him up (altho my husb was clearly unhappy and made sure he knew it). That all happened just yesterday....it's now almost 24hrs later....still no one from ARS has called or sent a follow up email nor an apology. I don't really care about the apology necessarily. Disappointed that I now AGAIN have to try to find someone else with some level of customer commitment and interest in my service....thought that going through HD was a good start. Going to Angie's List now....silly me, should have just gone there in the first place. ugh read more

DO NOT USE THIS SCAM COMPANY!!!! For 2 weeks now my house has been 86 degrees! Not to mention I live in Florida where it has been 90 outside! This is the 2nd time this year I have had to call these people because of my AC going out! Only this time the tech came out to tell us that we needed ALL NEW COILS! How come this wasn't discovered not too long ago with the first tech that came out? Anyways I was at work when they called me and said that it would be $1500 for them to repair it!!!!!!! What gets me is the fact that I have the warranty and the parts are covered! when asked why it would be that much the company said it is for labor! So I have been trying to speak with a manager for about 5 days now and they STILL have not called me back!!!!!! I had a Currier Ac unit installed thru Home Depot Jan 2015. ARS installed it and was very professional at the time. I paid for a 2 yr service agreement according to their salesman ( lie number 1 ) and it was suppose to be a brand new state of the art for 2015 ( lie number 2 ). He assured me that if anything happened to it that they would be right out ( lie number 3 ).This unit cost me 6,900.00 Now in July 2016 It stops working. I called ARS and was told I didn't have any service agreement and they would not be able to come out to inspect it until 2 days later. I would have to pay 79.99 for them to come out plus whatever it cost to fix it. It was already 87 degrees and rising. I called another company they came out the same day. I found out that it was actually a 2013 unit not a 2015 and that it was very expensive part that had to be unwedded and replaced plus all the refrigerant had to be replaced. He had to get the part from Carrier's warehouse since was not a part typically carried so It was the next day before he could get the part. The part was under warranty thru Carrier but still cost me 625.00 to get it fixed. I do not recommend ARS or Home Depot for AC installation or repair service. I will not shop at Hone Depot again. read more

Just AWFUL! I have been dealing with them for six weeks for what started as a simple furnace repair for my rental house in Orlando. The first technician wasn't able to fix the heat and in turn caused the air conditioning to stop working. The next day, a different technician got the air conditioning working with a new thermostat (not convinced that was even needed, but $200+) but couldn't fix heat. Third service call was a "supervisor" who got the system up and running. Fast forward one month and the heating system doesn't work again and is having the same issue as when we first called. I made an appointment with a "supervisor" for 1/14 for 8-12 am. ARS called at 10am to say that the supervisor doesn't work on Saturdays but could have someone else out between 12-4. After my tenant waited ALL day, someone finally showed up at 4:30 - they had to send them away due to previous plans. ARS told my tenant they would be calling me to discuss the issues and reschedule. I have yet to hear from them and have tried to call and speak with someone in manangement - no return phone call yet. DO NOT USE!! read more

Wow, they promise you the world and what you get in return is just embarrassing. I got a top of the line unit that still has not been completely installed and is not up to code 3 months after the initial install date. They have canceled on multiple appointments without even calling me to let me know that they would not be able to make it and not once have THEY called me to schedule a return visit to complete the install. I have had to call them every step of the way. Huge waste of my time. They also did not install this super unit as they described, instead they substituted my filter WITHOUT even giving me the option or letting me know what the price difference was. Another thing, they said they were signing me up for a 0% interest for 2 years (24 months) card when I was signing everything, when I got my bill it was 0% for 6 months! That was yet ANOTHER phone call I had to make. They say they will uninstall and do a 100% money back guarantee if not satisfied. Well were about to find out! Also, I requested to speak to a manager about these ridiculous issues weeks ago...guess what? No calls. On June 2014 we bought a brand new unit from Home Depot and ARS was the company who installed it and serve the warranty. During this time we had the drain line clogging which made the A/C unit stop working, showing an electric problem in the thermostat. The first year, because it was cover by the warranty, the techs kept showing up and eventually one of them explained to us that it was caused by the drain line being clogged the system will shoot off to avoid electrical problems. Eventually this drain line issue made the water come out through the filter, getting all wet. This year it has been the worst. Two weeks ago, the A/C turned off on Sunday, we called several times, but they couldn't send any one to check the unit, we paid $399 to another company to clean the drain line. Two days later same situation, same response from ARS, so we called another company to come and clean it again. Thursday July 1st 2016, my husband upgraded the warranty to include emergency service. Friday and Sunday we had to clean the drain line ourselves since the water wouldn't stop dripping from the unit. Tuesday we placed the service call in the morning to come and check whats going on with the line, we are past the cleaning, something was installed wrong and they need to come and fix it. The operator said that will cost $78 for them to tell us what is going on; I asked him to please make a note to the technician to either reduce the amount or waived since this has been an existing problem all along since this unit was installed by them. We were offer someone to be between 10 and 4 pm, at 4:00 pm the technician called to said it will be impossible for him to show up, so he'll come next day. I called the company to cancelled the Service upgrade, since they can't fulfill what is promise and give us a full refund for it, and request to have a Service Manager contact us. We have damage in the wall, the water is all over the place. I can not, can not, believe all this is happening with a brand new top market brand, we spent over 15K on that unit, and I have to say I replaced because the old one was over 10 years old, but did not have any problem with it. Do not use this company. We had a horrible experience with them. We called them to do some plumbing repairs to our upstairs bathroom. Their technician, James, replaced the inside of the toilet, (the flapper, etc.), changed a cartridge in the shower faucet and changed a cartridge in one of the sink faucets and the charge was close to $600. I had a coupon so he gave me a discount of $72 but it was still $520 with tax. He spent about 20 minutes doing the work. He was supposed to come back to do another small job on one of the sinks. He didn't finish the job because he said he tried to get a $4 part and they tried to charge him $100 for it so he was supposed to come back on a Monday at 9:00 am. with the new part that only cost $4. He said that he wouldn't charge us very much when he came back because it was a simple job. He never showed up for the Monday appointment. I called and was told it was an 8-12 window and I told them the appointment was specifically for 9:00 am. We rescheduled it to Thursday. When he came on Thursday my husband asked him how much it was going to be and he said $200. My husband told him to hit the road. We'll never use them again. read more

I find it interesting ARS is aligned with Home Depot for HVAC installation. When you go on Home Depot's website for a free in home consulation for AC installation, ARS and a Home Depot home services rep will be coming to your home. ARS is all about selling you AMANA or RHEEM products on the spot. A price book will be coming and the infamous let me call my service manager to offer you a discount if you buy our products today will be forthcoming. It reminded me of buying a new car. The game is get to you to make a quick decision on the spot in the comfort of your home. I should have had ARS stay in my garage the whole time to conduct the sales presentation. They are all about establishing rapport with looking at things in your house and making a comment to relax you. For example pictures of your famly members on the wall, or making comments like "why are you laughing". I did not go with ARS for HVAC installation based on the unprofessionalism and the sales presentation. Also ARS is aligned with Home Warranty companies in the area, and you have the option to call your Home warranty company to decline service from ARS. Please stay away from ARS. read more

My maintenance man identified a leaking pipe in one of my properties. It flooded the utility room and one bedroom so we desperately needed a plumber. He advised me to call ARS Rescue Rooter as they had stated they could come that day. I called around 2PM and was given an appointment window of 4-830PM without an after hours fee. When I called for a stat at 8:29pm I was told that the tech was tied up on a job & I was next. At 10:10pm I called back and spoke with someone in Texas who advised that the appointment had been rescheduled for 2 days out and I needed to call the local office after 8am the following day to find out why it was changed. She stated that if she dispatched someone that night I would be billed the after hours fee. The following day I called and requested to speak with a manager and was told one would call me. Shortly someone called who identified himself as the technician and I told him that I needed an explanation for the missed commitment and rescheduling and wanted to speak only with a manager. He then said "actually I am the manager". When I gave all the details he asked if I was advised about the after hours fee. I told him that I had been advised but had trouble understanding why they would expect me to pay a penalty fee when they did not keep the commitment. He said he'd investigate and call me back. When he called back he stated that he was going out to the premises. At 12:34pm he called back and advised that I had a leak in a pipe and gave me an estimate of $1,100.00 to repair. He also stated that he would waive the 187.00 for detection of the leak ...which had already been identified by my maintenance man. During the 4-1/2 hours it took the tech to arrive I contacted another plumber who gave me an estimate of 295.00 to fix the leak (this included removal and reinstallation of the water heater). When I questioned my maintenance man as to why he recommended this company he stated that he never dealt with them before, that he just called the 1st company that came up on Google. This company never gave me an explanation as to why they did not keep the commitment, nor did they have the courtesy or integrity to recommend that I look for another vendor. I will never, ever attempt to do business with this company again and have cautioned my maintenance man about choosing a company on the basis of them being the 1st name on a list. read more

yep I fell for it too.$ 79.99 for an estimate for work on my ac I thought the home depot was a good place this was a pure ripoff. the tech wouldd not let me use a cupon from the depot. he did NOTHING except talk on the phone in back yard. when i called and explaned my issue i thought the tech would know the info he was very quick to say Ohthey said it wasent working. terriable he did not even have the stuff to do the work. never again read more
