NOT YOUR AVERAGE CONTRACTOR!…read more I had Miah frame out walls and put up shelves and dry wall, paint and tile a fireplace hearth in a basement. He texted me back right away whenever I texted him, came when he said he was going to come, gave me a great price and was great when unexpected issues came up. I was very happy with the work he did and I would hire him again if I need any more work on my home or rental property. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a contractor who wants something done well, in a timely fashion and for a great price.

He came prepared with lots of information and documentation at our initial meeting. He was very quick to respond and he had an idea for the layout that no one else had thought of. Once things got rolling our project manager was Chuck and I can't speak highly enough of him. He and his team were very professional and everything was completed to our expectations and in some cases beyond. Chuck did a great job of always checking to make sure things were done the right way and if he thought it wasn't good enough he made sure it got done to his standards. He is without a doubt the best contractor I've ever worked with. As far as budget and timeline goes the only things that went over budget were things that we decided to change or upgrade. I then received the attached response offering a completely different explanation than before. Rather than acting with integrity, the business elected to tell a lie, as the project was likely not lucrative enough for them. I made no reference to my budget, but the business assumed I would not be interested in paying their prices. I would like to offer a two-star rating, though, as the communication was quite prompt.
