Then, he demanded to get my insurance claim. I said, let me know how much it is first. Because I need to know if it would benefit from my deductible first. He said NO (very rudely). He refused to give me the price until I give him claim number. Fine. Let me contact my insurance agent and he will call me back because he didn't want me to call him. He said he had an appointment at 11. He can call me at 9 to setup a time. Next day, I waited for his call between 9 and 11. I was glad I don't have to deal with someone who provides zero customer service and belittling customer who doesn't agree with him. So long...
