One of the best property management teams around - fair, professional and reliable. They have always done everything asked of them as a property management service. I have the utmost confidence in Arrow Property Management. The office staff has always been professional, friendly and courteous in all my dealings with them. I have worked with this company for a few years now and have never been mislead or felt deceived in any of my dealing with them. They check references, and verify information given on applications as one would expect from a professional management company. Phone calls have always been returned in a timely manner, usually within 24 hours or sooner, if not answered immediately. Every issue or concern has always been addressed in a reasonable amount of time, service technicians sent when required, and the job/repair/work completed in a timely and professional manner. Humboldt county is notorious for slum lords and property management companies that prey on those who can not or do not know better. This is one of the few decent places in town to work with. A solid team and a good group of people. 00190 read more

Arrow Property Management - Property Management Near Me - Eureka, California

Very professional and friendly at the same time. Reasonable rent and deposit. Easy payment. I loved living in my apartment

I am pleased to give a 5 star rating to Susan Bingham and her staff at Arrow Property Management for the professionalism shown in their prompt responses regarding any issues for rentals, repairs, and addressing concerns of both tenants and landlords. I would highly recommend this company. Sal C. read more

I didn't work with Susan outside of a consult since my family was not willing to do the necessary steps to fix up the house however Susan seemed very diligent in her work and had a take action mentality. She met with us for a consult and gave suggestions for landscaping when requested. If it was my choice, I would have signed up and she seems to have the reviews to support her work. read more

Really great experience as tenant. I worked with Susan who made things very easy for me. 100% would rent with Arrow again!

We rented from Arrow Property Management for a little over a year before we found a home to buy. It was overall a really great experience, and I'd recommend them if you are looking to rent a nice house. We were very happy there, and probably wouldn't have moved out at all unless we bought. The management team is very responsive to maintenance requests especially, which I really appreciated. If you're looking to rent soon after I've posted this review, the one we lived in is available, so definitely check out their website. Look, renting is hardly ever ideal, but sometimes you have to do it for any number of reasons. We've rented a lot over the past couple of decades and have been stuck with some pretty nightmarish landlords once or twice. You want the best possible, most stress free situation you can find. In my experience that's a professional organization like this one, not an individual. If you're looking to rent in Humboldt County, Arrow Property Management is one of the best, in my opinion. read more

My husband and I rented from Arrow for about 7 years. Anytime we had any issues plumbing or heating Susan would immediately get it resolved. We could not have been happier with a rental company for the time we spent with them before we bought our first house. Would definitely recommend Arrow Property and the team there. read more

Would not recommend Arrow if you are a young renter / first time renter. Unfortunately another scummy landlord after they have you in a unit for a couple months. After I signed papers to move in to a unit there were people ALREADY MOVED IN. They had gotten the key because it was left at the property for showings. Cannot even imagine what would've happened if I moved in and they came before I was able to change the locks. It is Humboldt county after all. Luckily Susan told them to get out and had the locks changed, but that was the end of her helpfulness. With in the year of me living there: she did a surprise drop in because we had a uhaul outside since we were moving a bed and she was worried we were leaving without notice and wanted to MAKE SURE..I think a call or text would've sufficed. Also so what if we were? The rent was paid lol. We asked multiple times to have pest control come out to inspect as other neighbors heard in their apartments and we had heard scratching almost nonstop in our bathroom and bedroom walls. What they said was a raccoon (that they had no proof of because it didn't exist nor was anything ever removed) turned out to be rats. How did we find out? They made a literal nest in a kitchen cabinet we never used which we only discovered once we were moving out. When we told arrow they didn't acknowledge it. Arrow opted not to mention our apartments bathroom/bedroom was notorious to grow mold and was known amongst our neighbors because the last tenant let it run wild. There were no ceiling fans anywhere in the apartment so it was up to us and our wallets to come up with a solution. We came back from vacation and our ceiling in our bathroom was swollen and dripping water from the upstairs toilet. Arrows contracted plumbers took 3 different days to fix it over the course of a week. While waiting for them it burst. Our apartment was incredibly damp/humid and our mattress was ruined from mold. We decided then it was time to leave. Susan showed our apartment to a mother and young child before we were even moved out. It was uncomfortable to say the least. I spent multiple days cleaning and patching small nail holes as a good tenant would. Only to still be charged most of our security deposit because a non licensed/side gig cleaner off of Facebook classifieds was hired for 15 HOURS at $30 AN HOUR to clean a very small two bedroom apartment. That I had already left spotless to the best of my ability. 2-3 hours I understand. But definitely not 15? TDLR if you're a young first time renter and don't know much about tenant law, expect to be taken advantage of. Also I wouldn't put it against Susan to fight you to the death in court if it came to it lol. Use arrow as your last resort. read more

Susan Bingham is the worst. She will bold face lie to your face. Hire the cheapest repair person to fix things. Always has an attitude and will try anything to take your security deposit. Give a never minimum amount of time to find another place in a housing crisis. Even after paying rent every month for five years on time. Save your time and rent else where. read more

Susan was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was very punctual with any property concerns. Move out was friendly and amicable. I would definitely rent or purchase a property from Susan and Arrow property again in the future. Stephen C. read more

Absolutely the best property management in the area! When looking for a new place I applied with several (more than 15) companies who took as much as a $50 app fee and didn't get any timely responses. Susan is honest and timely with every situation. I will leave the area before renting from another company. If you are thinking of renting a place from Arrow, it is absolutely the way to go! read more

New to renting and apartment living, I could not have been happier with my experience. Susan made the whole process easy, very professional, helpful, and friendly. Definitely recommend Arrow Property Management! Five stars in my book! read more

I can't say enough good things about Arrow Property Management. We moved to the area late last year, and there was virtually no rental inventory on the market, especially that allowed cats! Susan helped us find the perfect rental property to live in while we looked for a home to buy. Susan is also a realtor, and helped us find the perfect home, and is connecting us with contractors etc to help us make the perfect home feel like OUR home. If you need to rent or buy a home, definitely give Susan a call. read more

I have been renting a property from Arrow for 2.5 yrs now and they have been the best. Not much has needed repair but when the dishwasher broke they sent a repair guy that same day. Or when a leak happened, again they sent a repair person out that same day. They respond to my texts immediately. I am leaving town and this is the only reason why I would move out. :) I have also referred them to other people. Thank you, Arrow! read more

I applied with my girlfriend for a cottage in Cutten. There were two of us plus a co-signer, so we were charged $60 just for applying. No one else at the open house seemed to be serious about the property and we weren't led to believe there was any real competition, but somehow I got the feeling that we were never really considered. After waiting a week, we were told that the owners had gone with someone else. Susan said our application could go for other properties, but she didn't actually have any other properties. She promised there would be something next week, so we waited over the weekend (living out of the car, mind you) only to find out that the "opening" didn't exist and there was absolutely nothing on the horizon. We had to go with another company and pay another application fee. All of that is just the nature of the frustrating and unequal property market around here, but what really pissed me off was when we called her asking for our sixty bucks back because hey, we paid good money for absolutely nothing, and she just quoted the "no refunds" line and treated us like the dumbest people on the planet. We are not stupid. We know we have been taken advantage of and jerked around and we deserved a real apology at the very least. Shame on them. read more

We have rented from Arrow Property Management for over 4.5 years and we found them to be very professional and quick to respond to any inquiry we had. Susan Bingham's kindness and efficiency go over and above to assist you getting into a home. Her staff is quick to respond to any problem that arises with your home upon a call to their office. I have lived in rental properties for all of my adult life and I have never had a better property manager. Anytime I had a problem, Susan responded back immediately and had someone out that day to fix it. When I moved out, I had someone clean my place and Susan communicated with me on exactly what needed to be done so that I could get my entire deposit back, which I did. Also, I looked for a lot of rentals in Humboldt county and Arrow Properties has the best deal around! Susan worked with me every step of the way from moving in to moving out and I could not be more grateful. read more

Arrow Property Management is the absolute best. Susan is kind, fair, responsive, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. My daughter lived in an apartment represented by Arrow for 2 years and when she finally moved out, we received our security deposit back promptly and in full, save a few deductions for some minor damage to the blinds! I highly recommend them for all of your rental apartment needs! read more

Susan at Arrow property management was a pleasure to rent from. She is very professional and easy to do business with. During the 1.5 years I rented from her we never once had a problem. Upon moving in the house was very clean & move in ready. I highly recommend Arrow property management for your housing needs. We appreciate how easy it was to get ahold of her and how she always makes herself available to her clients. Also, Lily her receptionist is a gem! She is always happy to help and easy to talk to. The maintenance men Susan sent to do work around the house were also very kind, considerate & efficient. Thank you Susan for a wonderful rental experience! read more

Working with Susan from Arrow Property Management was great experience. She was easy to contact when it came to maintenance issues (which we didn't really have) . The onsite manager for the property was just as helpful with what we needed. We received our full security deposit. Overall, I would very much recommend working with them. read more

No Susan, I have not confused you with another property management company, we lived in a house you managed in ferndale. We were charged for 40 hours of housekeeping at 25 dollars an hour I cant imagine what took them 40 hours to clean. we were also charged 125 dollars by the handyman to put in two lightbulbs and a fix 2 broken lightsocket covers, a job which might take about five minutes. You either hire very slow and highly paid people because you don't know any better, or your ripping people off. read more

As a young family with children, it was really hard for us to find an affordable home through a property management that would actually give us a chance. Thankfully, we stumbled across Arrow Property Management! After we applied, it only took a few days before we heard back from them saying we got the house! It was awesome to get a response so quickly! It's also very comforting to know that if we have any questions or concerns about the property we can get answers easily. Susan makes it a point to be sure she is available for her tenants, and if for some reason she is unavailable, Lily in the office is super helpful and sweet! All in all, we would highly reccomend Arrow Property Management! read more

Arrow Property Management was my property manager for a short time, but they were excellent property managers. I was new to the area and had a hard time finding an apartment as the renting market is extremely competitive in Humboldt County. This management company was the only one that would rent to me. The owner Susan was a kind and fair manager. She was also helpful as well and I was happy that I was able to rent my apartment on a month-to-month basis, rather than getting stuck with a lease. The apartment was in good condition and my neighbors were nice as well. Arrow Property Management is a family owned and run business and I would recommend them to my family and friends. read more

I love this company. I owned a home in the area for over 12 years and had several very mediocre property managers before I found Arrow Property management. Sheila is so efficient, savvy, and helpful. My home before I met her had some horrible renters one who had to be evicted and after I started using Arrow the house was rented continually with never more than a week in between renters to really great renters. After I hired them I felt I didn't have to worry about my home. I loved her so much I recommended her to my sister who was having trouble with her property management co. who kept getting growers in her home. Since Arrow took over she has had no vacancies and good renters. I highly recommend Arrow Property management. read more
