The house had hard wood floors put in to hide the sagging and slopped floors. I thought you hire a realtor to help and protect you from these incidents. Buying a house in the biggest or one of the biggest decisions one can make and didn't know you have to get a back ground check on your realtor. Very disappointed and want to sue and see that Sarah Corliss never does this again.
