They provided me with a detailed list of exactly the parts necessary to repair my unit. When the parts came in, I rescheduled an appointment, and the same guys arrived to fix the tub. At that point, they informed me that there was now a problem with a leaking pump motor. Again, they provided me with a detailed invoice. I am currently waiting on the parts to arrive. Thankfully, I was given the opportunity to speak with the owner. A first class gentleman. Turns out that one of the repair men is the owner's son. Obviouly, the companies run by an excellent business man and also father; as his son was a top-notch repairmen. There's a company closer to me (4 miles) that I didn't hire, because they told me a few things that weren't true (a fucking liar) I am much better off with the Hot Tub Outlet.
