I have a similar issue to a person that placed a review a year ago. The new plaster looked great when the rebuild was dome in 2023, but upon opening the pool in 2024 there is a rough discolored area at the water line about 1 foot in depth along the entire pool surface. This never happened with my pool in the 15 years since I've had it resurfaced. I have asked several times for them to come out and take a look at it and tell me how to fix this issue but they never do. A company that does not stand behind their work cannot be trusted. I would avoid using them to re-plaster your pool. read more

Mike is a super nice guy. The crew he sent to re-Marsite the pool did an amazing job. I found out they don't work for him directly but they are sub contracted by him. I really feel he gave us a fair price for the pool work. Here is where it gets interesting. We wanted a new pool light and he sold us a bill of goods. He sold us a top of the line pool light for just under $1800 including install. It does all this cool light shows so I bought it. They installed it and doesn't work. when I called him he blames it on the electrician. After 1 month of calling his electrician finally came out and said it won't work I need a controller that costs $500 plus instalation. I asked Mike about it. Crickets! By the way the same exact light on the internet is $799. Be ware!!!!! if he would of told me I needed a $500 controller I would not have bought it. once he gets your money good luck!!! read more

They are helpful until they get their money. Work was done and when the pool was opened the next year also the entire surface was rough and discolored. I contacted them and they never came out to look at. What they did do was suggest the company that closed the pool might have used dry chemicals to close the pool which they didn'. The next excuse was the safety cover allowed debris to get into the pool. I know a lot of pools with safety covers and the pools aren't mid colored or pitted. They quit returning messages and never came to check out what might have happened. I wouldn't use them if they were the only company out there. Find a company that stands behind it's work. This year will be the second opening since having the pool fixed, I afraid what it might look like after another year. I wouldn't even give them one star but that's the lowest pick. read more

I would like to take a view moments to tell you how great of a job Prestige Pools did for us. They built us a in-ground pool in early 2017, what a fabulous job they did. We have them tend to it weekly, they are very prompt with service and they pricing was very competitive and high quality. I would highly recommend them for new pools and services! I hired Prestige Pools to find a leak in my inground swimming pool. They came out within two days of me calling them which I found impressive. Upon completion of his testing for leaks he told me I had a main drain leak. He proceeded to tell me to drain the pool and then he would come back to plug the main drain. I relayed the info to the company that built my pool. After two weeks of pressure testing with them, we were assured there was NO MAIN DRAIN LEAK. Instead the problem was in the return lines. I emailed and called Prestige Pools to inform them of their incorrect conclusion and asked for some kind of refund. No one is emailing me or calling me back. They certainly do not stand behind their work. I would NOT recommend them if you're looking for a dependable pool company. Pools are too costly to have someone give you inaccurate information and then not respond to you once they were paid. How disappointing read more
