I chose Northwestern for the inspection because of their friendly receptionist, free inspections and free followups. The exterminator Rocco was incredibly helpful and professional. He looked at pictures of my bites. Inspected my sheets, mattress, couch and cat bed for both bed bugs and fleas. After a thorough inspection he determined that it was highly unlikely that I have bed bugs and that encouraged me to call back if I have similar bites so he could take another look at my mattress and bedding. Overall the staff at Northwestern was thorough but not pushy. The company seems very customer friendly and helpful. Needless to say they will be my go to exterminator in the future. I highly recommend them.

Well, the manager did call me on the correct number that I gave over a year ago. Yet, the number the technician had was incorrect. --- That is an Orkin failure, not mine. I was here. Our gate is always closed. It's a seniority gate as you well know. Is that also not in the property notes? Since we have had poor service, you are not allowed on the property without someone home. Previously we have been charged for incomplete worth. And you are aware of this. This is STILL not rescheduled. Go anywhere else!

If the company allows it, shame on them. Then Josh Klein showed up at my house (part of my builder contract), and he completely turned things around. He was professional, knowledgeable, and the only reason I decided to subscribe. The service itself is great--non-toxic and quick. Their website isn't very user-friendly on mobile, and they only accept card or ACH, which isn't ideal. Four stars because of Josh and the service. Minus one for Deanna.

We had a new technician every month, and could not be certain that we were getting the Eco service we'd contracted for. Sometimes you could smell it, sometimes not. One tech told us that the gecko droppings were "probably rat droppings." Another one said he was headed home and there wasn't time to "mix up more," so he was going to do just a partial treatment even though we had had issues with Palmetto bugs. When I cancelled service (after 21 years), they didn't even ask why. Clearly, they don't care about customer service. Glad to be done with them.

I am sharing this because of my disappointment. We were unlucky. At first we had the appointed employee come faithfully. We were happy for a while, however, we always saw various pests in between. My husband convinced me that you can't get them all. However, I felt that it could get better. I called the office to request the appointed employee to spray inside. He had usually sprayed outside. He came inside once. We have had this service since April, 23. The one time he came in, we discovered only one ant that was seen. We were happy, however, during the next visit, I asked the appointed employee to come inside, however, he stated that he didn't need to and he was spraying something outside that should help. However, about a week or so later, all-----broke loose. We had ants everywhere. The bathroom, baseboard, etc. They agreed to return again for $91 charge for October. By then, the ants had moved to the kitchen area. We discovered that they were in the sink, some cabinets, behind the stove and even in the Refrigerator! We were in trouble. We cancelled our service and because of that we paid for October and they stated that the pest control and termite control were connected. We had to pay $300 also. Unfortunately, we kept the termite service. I am terribly upset with our results for the pest control. I hope we don't feel the same about the termite control. I have not experienced this even in older homes. I don't understand what happened.......?

They then disappeared for 9 months. When I called them they said it was a bookkeeping error. As far as the rodents in my attic - they put ONE trap in the attic; I had to supply the bait (peanut butter) and they called once to check- I wasn't available so I called the back stating nothing has happened with the trap on the managers voicemail and there has ZERO response since.
