We had a new technician every month, and could not be certain that we were getting the Eco service we'd contracted for. Sometimes you could smell it, sometimes not. One tech told us that the gecko droppings were "probably rat droppings." Another one said he was headed home and there wasn't time to "mix up more," so he was going to do just a partial treatment even though we had had issues with Palmetto bugs. When I cancelled service (after 21 years), they didn't even ask why. Clearly, they don't care about customer service. Glad to be done with them.

We were referred by friends near us who use this company for termite protection. Guess if there's damage elsewhere then we're covered if they didn't bother to inspect those areas more closely. We signed the contract but they never contacted us for a date to come install, we had to call them back a week and a half later asking if they still wanted our business, they sent someone out the next day. Maybe that was a preliminary sign to me to not use them when they don't bother to reach out to you? Now after the install I'm going to have to get someone to come back out because they put one of the trappers in my flower bed where I planted expensive iris bulbs. So far, not impressed. I left multiple messages for several days for the owner, Michael Pace, with no response. I found his cell phone in an online listing and he pretty much told me to "go f--- myself" and that he didn't care or have any reason to refund for not providing any service. I hate blasting small businesses, but this is basically theft at this point and the owner's response is to pretty much laugh in my face. If you are using them, please call and check to make sure you're actually getting the service you're paying for, but I would suggest moving along to someone who actually wants to do the work they're being paid to do. The sign saying "looking for good hearted people" is an absolute joke. He has my number. All I was asking for was a conversation from a reasonable human to discuss how to make this right and move along... but, here we are.
