We have been dealing with this company for the last year. When they first approached us, they convinced us it was safe for my dog and for the environment. They said the first service they would spray the walls inside and out-they didn't. Then, they did not keep with any kind of schedule. We would sit here all day waiting for them to show up and they either wouldn't or it would be outside the time window that they gave. I asked to be contacted to schedule and was assured this would happen but this fell through on multiple occasions. Everytime was a different tech even though I was told the same guy/gal would be our service tech. Two techs called before hand out of multiple people. They've only sprayed the inside maybe 3 times out of our whole year we have been with them. I talked to a manager and he said he would come out at 3 to check out the situation and then told his tech last minute to come, he called closer to 4 to say he was on his way and the manager never showed. To say it has been a hassle dealing with this company is a major understatement. We won't be back and hopefully this helps you stay clear and not with clear defense. read more

This review is a couple weeks late, but it warrants recognition of this awesome company, and very motivated technicians, Benny and Tate. I watch them as they did the outside of my house treating it for insects and they were a great Tag Team. They were together like they've been working together for years and enjoy the work. When they got done spraying for bugs, they treated my house for mosquitoes. And watching the two of them work together, I almost wanted to join them because they look like they were having so much fun. It's really refreshing to see technicians come in, very professional enjoy their job, and make you feel like you're their only customer for the day. We just recently moved to Evans and have made a lot of calls to several pest control companies in Augusta, Martinez and Evans. A rep from ClearDefense came right to our doorstep and discussed services offered through our Ring camera (LOL) then we met with the same guy the following day to get more info. The next day, Naijha was ringing our doorbell for our first initial service. We have had ClearDefense since Trent came out and signed us up. But it took me a while to write the review because all to often business provide great service in the beginning to earn your business, but once they have you they tend to dip in quality of service. I have not experienced this whatsoever. Today I definitely said I needed to leave an honest review. Today Ronnie and Ryan's came out to address an issue I was having. Andrew and Tate were very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about our needs for pest control. I was excited to get started on pest control for my home. I don't have any pest, and I don't want any. I'm anxious to see how their mosquito treatment works.
