It was a pre-employment drug screen, and I had a scheduled document stating this was the place I needed to go. Fastforward to 4pm. I entered the office and before even getting to the desk the same lady started yelling drug screenings are over. We are no longer accepting people. I asked for clarification, so I didn't make the same mistake in the future... She rolled her eyes and was the rudest person and degrading. I got home and changed my screening location adding another 10-mile drive to get there. I will not return to this location again and I do not trust them with any kind of information that I need to advance my future.

I told her I have my lab form and she did not turn around to address me she completely ignore me until she finished on the computer then I had to ask again if she need it and all I got was a "NO" answer. She poked the needle very unprofessional and told me I "YOUR DONE" .... I still said Thank you! and got no response from her. I was furious with the customer service and lack of compassion and unprofessional attention I received... to say the least I felt so unsafe!!! I ask her for her name and told her that I also wanted her supervisor name and her supervisor phone number and she told me "I CANT GAVE YOU THAT INFORMATION" I ask her er name again, She told me her name was Sanah, well Shana's had no ID or name tag on!!! So I honestly don't know if that's even her name. Then I asked the Lab crop receptionist that was on her personal phone scrolling and she didn't even knew her supervisor name or how to contact her. I just wrote a review for Future Diagnostics at New Lennox because I didn't see this location... oops... this is the location I had MRI done. It's located in Joliet. Well worth the drive from Chicago!! Everyone was so professional, medically knowledgeable and so very kind and caring!!! And the MRI cost was nearly 1/3 less than the hospital I was referred to originally. I was able to get in so soon after calling!! Lori Russ is phenomenal!!! All of the MRI techs are great!! Each person I interacted with was professional, so knowledgeable and so very kind! And, each person really took the time and listened to what had been occurring with me medically..so refreshing!! I did not have too much time to find a caregiver, so I called a few places that happened to be at the top of the list when I searched for "Home Health Care." I like to think of it as Home Health One found me instead of the other way around. They were the 3rd call I made. The first 2 companies had recordings and I was on hold most of the time. When I finally did speak to someone, you could tell they were trying to speed up the process more-so than I was, so I felt overwhelmed and pressured and hung up. When I finally got to Home Health One, I was able to speak to a real human right off the bat. She answered every one of my questions thoroughly, was extremely patient with me being a newbie to the process, and assured me my dad would be in good hands. That, she was absolutely right about. A nurse was in my living room with my dad the next day. Assessed him and even made him smile, which I haven't seen in a while... I don't normally spend time writing reviews, but this was a great experience and I felt that I should share it, as I know most of you are currently in the same boat as I was.
