It was a pre-employment drug screen, and I had a scheduled document stating this was the place I needed to go. Fastforward to 4pm. I entered the office and before even getting to the desk the same lady started yelling drug screenings are over. We are no longer accepting people. I asked for clarification, so I didn't make the same mistake in the future... She rolled her eyes and was the rudest person and degrading. I got home and changed my screening location adding another 10-mile drive to get there. I will not return to this location again and I do not trust them with any kind of information that I need to advance my future.

I just wrote a review for Future Diagnostics at New Lennox because I didn't see this location... oops... this is the location I had MRI done. It's located in Joliet. Well worth the drive from Chicago!! Everyone was so professional, medically knowledgeable and so very kind and caring!!! And the MRI cost was nearly 1/3 less than the hospital I was referred to originally. I was able to get in so soon after calling!! Lori Russ is phenomenal!!! All of the MRI techs are great!! Each person I interacted with was professional, so knowledgeable and so very kind! And, each person really took the time and listened to what had been occurring with me medically..so refreshing!! I've usually had to wait over 2 to even 4 hours at times to actually get something super small done! You want to know how long it took to actually enter the building, take my test and leave? Less than 30 minutes!!! There were people here too and the lady was knocking them out like nothing. It definitely helped get me back on with my life and things I had to do! It's easy to miss but I reccomend this place.

Lori Russ was phenomenal and the MRI techs were great... very caring, kind and very helpful !! I had an MRI done and it was a third of the cost of having it done at the hospital!!!! I have a close relative who is a radiologist and he reviewed the report and had such compliments about the radiologist report!! They told us that we would have to be charged an additional $120 dollars. At the end of the conversation I was told no we wont repeat your test but "thank you for contributing to our employee salaries and my $700,000 lab equiptment". Do not do business with these people. They are also members of the Joliet Chamber of Commerce and fellow board members as well so I will let all of my networking groups know about the rude and incompetent service. She said to check your website and when I told her I was on the website she said I was on the wrong one in a very rude manner.
