For $75 you're able to get top notch treatment and prescription meds (at whatever the med prices are) on the spot. Be warned that waiting times at the clinic may remind you of that scene in Beetlejuice where he's in the waiting room with #9,998,383,750,000 and the office is calling on #3 (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IuhLtH_Jg1U&feature=related) but rest assured you'll be in good hands when they do finally get to you. Dr. Jenny was amazing. Super friendly and not at all one of those curmudgeon medical folks. As soon as the letters U.T.I. slipped out of my mouth she put me on th fast track to getting treated. She wasted no time and had a sense of humor to boot... extra points for her saying the words "poo hole" to which I absolutely could not stop laughing and instantly felt better. Turns out- Patch Adams was right, humor is the best medicine... well that and a hefty subscription of bacteria eliminating medicine. I should also mention that Dr. Jenny took into account my non-insurance lifestyle and budget every step of the way and worked her magic to ensure that I paid the least amount possible for my visit, diagnosis, and prescription. Thanks to Laura W, Doc Jenny, and Walgreens' low costs I no longer have to contemplate faking my own death to escape insane and medical costs.

We have had good experiences at this hospital 3 times. First was when my father in law was there…read more He had been to multiple doctors and hospitals and finally after a fall and visit there he was diagnosed with Parkinsons dementia. He had some atypical symptoms but they helped to get the appropriate diagnosis and helped us get him into hospice which gave him even more services that he needed for free. Next my husband was taken there after a fall and they got plastic surgeon to stitch up his eye lid which was cut all the way through. It healed well and years later he has no visible scar. Recently my husband who is now in his 70s woke up and was so dizzy nauseated and in pain we called the rescue squad. They wanted to take him to Bolingbrook hospital but my father in law had been there and they were no help so we requested Rush Copley even though it was a little further. He had a good experience, with a thorough work up for everything and they scanned his head and whole torso.. Thankfully it was just symptoms from a combo of a sinus thing and intestinal inflammation. They gave him some meds to get him stable. Sent him home with some meds and gave him referrals. The hospital was busy but they got him into quickly and I think we were out of there before lunch time. Very caring staff, doctors etc. The only issue I had was that I was not able to go with him and when I called to get info on his condition nobody called me back. I called twice and really just wanted to know how serious it was while I waited for my son to get here to drive me there. I'd say a couple hours. When we got there there was no explanation of why someone could not have called to let me know he was not dying. Since his care was good I did not mar down for that but it is something they should work on as when we arrived it did not seem like they were overly busy and someone could have relayed at least a general message about his condition. If we ever need to go again I will choose this hospital.

I can't put into words how amazing he and his staff truly are. I mentioned that I brought him in because the nebulizer treatments weren't working. After being seen by the nurse practitioner he was only treated for asthma symptoms (given dup neb vs albuterol). In the past a nasal swab was taken before treatment. He was never tested. He was given an oral steroid in office and prescribed an oral steroid as well. The treatment plan was to use the nebulizer every 4 hours while home. As mention the neb treatments weren't working. Saturday the symptoms slightly improved but by Sunday night everything was back to the original symptoms. Luckily I was able to get an appointment with his PCP and turns out he had the flu. I wish the nurse practitioner would have tested him while there as it would have likely prevented a double trip. The flu is what was triggering the asthma. Also worth mentioning that the rooms and waiting room aren't the cleanest.
