They deserve 0 stars. This company took money from my not for profit. Lockport water supervisor…read morestated test results of my lead test was skewed because the building had been vacant for over 5 years and they failed to instruct us that the water had to be flushed first. They told us that we would have to be charged an additional $120 dollars. At the end of the conversation I was told no we wont repeat your test but "thank you for contributing to our employee salaries and my $700,000 lab equiptment". Do not do business with these people. They are also members of the Joliet Chamber of Commerce and fellow board members as well so I will let all of my networking groups know about the rude and incompetent service. Sorry I went to this place.

She said to check your website and when I told her I was on the website she said I was on the wrong one in a very rude manner. I'm not sure if this was how business is conducted there regularly but I won't be recommending calling Arro labs any time soon. Here is the reply the owner sent me below. She is the rude person I spoke to. You have to read bottom to top. You can see her attitude come through.: Re: Joan Serdar [joan.Serdar@arrolab.com] Sent: Tuesday, January 19, 2016 10:27 AM To: Me They certainly are welcome to have a client as yourself On 1/19/2016 8:33 AM, I wrote: Not sure why you would act rude to a new customer but I'm sure your competitors will be happy. Please remember that you did not listen to what I was saying. I told you that I had a web address to give you and you cut me off and began rambling on about the commercial testing website we have. Had you stopped and listened to what I had to say, I would have been able to POLITELY refer you towww.aqua-chek.com. I must admit you were the FIRST person to behave in such a manner. Adrian D's review is spot on, this seems to be the norm at RBS. At first I thought she was…read moredescribing the Jacksonville N.C store. The more you do and higher you go over and above your duties, the worse you are treated. Management is quite suspect in many regards as well as dishonest, degrading, disrespectful and deviant. RBS is a great organization, a shame employees are mistreated verbally and mentally by management. Upon hiring, applicants are told that if they can't handle trash talk, this isn't the place to work. First week all new hires are asked what's the difference between jam and jelly, to which most people reply what, then let me jelly my c__k down your throat. What a manager!

I am a former employee of Richards. I was employed there for 3 years. And I have to say this is one…read moreof the worst managed places I've ever worked at. The sheer amount of big egos that work in one place is insane. In those three years I was depressed, mentally checked out, burnt out, you name it. It totally changed the person I am. I was trained to treat customers with no respect, to give out broken items, to not help trucks back out after unloading. Basically treat everyone like garbage. The branch manager Jason Jakubiec is a terrible person whose work performance is based off of the lust he has for women consumers and the Inside sales girl Jenna Ritchey. After getting sick with Covid and showing documentation of my Covid test, I was told I was lying and that I faked it to get out of work. Even though I took NO TIME OFF my whole time there. If I wanted to take a day I would have used my 120 HOURS of PTO. After showing documentation of my 2 bulging discs I was rewarded with more work. Instead of stepping up like a real manager I was told to get over it. The warehouse manager John Annen is the worst warehouse "manager" I've ever worked for in my life. He constantly ridicules you and puts you down over things that were out of my control (ex: if any other associates left garbage on the floor , or material wasn't put away properly.) As well as constantly boasting about his working salary whilst the associates do harder work and get paid Pennies. I honestly believe that Bi-polar may be an issue with him. Will never talk sh*t to your face, only to the ground type person. 3 people quit and one fired under his control. Ed Waxmansky District Manager. Besides from the constant s*xual innuendos towards women co-workers. Is an alright guy. He feeds into the warehouse managers ego, even though I've told him flat out that I am the one doing all the work, even offered to take the position to ditch Jack. He knew that I was working after pinching a nerve in my back and was SUPPOSED to be on 20lb light duty, I was forced to continue packing shingle and siding orders. I cried out for help from everyone single one of them and they showed no care. Even went as far as telling me that no should care about my problems. After complaining several times about being mistreated I was told that "it's Jack, that's just how he is. Don't take it personal." I always felt like just another warehouse guy. Everyone treated me like I was below them. Never once felt appreciated for the work I DID. Now Ed, Jason, and Jack are trying to take away bathroom privileges from my older brother (who currently works there) because he sh*ts in the morning like every human being. You CANNOT take away a human need. You expect the most from your employees and try to treat like literal sl*ves. You CANNOT take away bathrooms. You CANNOT hide toilet paper in your office to prevent anyone from going. You CANNOT treat the employees who make you like garbage. Without the warehouse guys you keyboard warriors would be f*cked. Jack too. Also going from 8mil/year to 13mil/year is a big accomplishment, maybe instead of giving raises to people who don't matter like both Branch and Warehouse "Managers." You should pay the people doing work. To any customers, im sorry if I treated you badly, I was trained to do so. To any homeowners, if your subcontractors go to Richards immediately cancel your order, you will get damaged and dirty product. To any new employees, please get as far from Richards as you can. You will not be happy. To Shelly Hall, you are THE best inside sales women I've ever met. Find a place that appreciates you and not some dumb bro*d that has seniority over you.
