Our water heater broke recently, so I called Advance Plumbing. I called them late in the day and…read morethey scheduled me for the following afternoon. They brought the exact water heater replacement for our broken one, and installed it relatively quickly. I appreciated their quick response, and that they arrived within the given time frame. The price was not cheap; however, plumbing always costs more than I think it should. We also have a huge water heater, so that obviously contributed to the price. I definitely recommend Advance Plumbing, and plan to use them for my future plumbing needs.

I was told that there was another hose that needed to be replaced because it wasn't up to code. I was charged $700 for the replacement hose. The problem was not resolved, and when I called back to inform the plumber that the washing machine was still leaking, I was told to call an appliance tech because they don't repair washing machines. The plumber refused to refund me my money after I had explained that the leak had not been fixed, and the job was not resolved. Now I have to spend more money to have an appliance tech come out and assess the problem, and pay for any repairs. I was taken advantage of, for sure!
