I can't say enough good things about Daniels Energy. A few years ago we switched our propane…read moreservice and tanks to Daniels. The sales and service folks couldn't have been nicer. When I call for a refill they are always friendly, and the deliveries are prompt. Recently we had them replace one of our HVAC compressors. Their estimate and replacement was incredibly quick, especially since we were in the heat of summer. The sales agent even came to the house a couple of times to manage the contract particulars. I would recommend them to anyone; their service is lightyears ahead of most companies. 5 stars in my book!

Extremely disappointed. I called Daniels Energy for HVAC/heating services and explicitly offered to…read morepay in full all services upfront before to include propane refills. The representative Dave came to my home of record provide me with a quote and signed a contract to enter into services. Instead of taking my business, they completely refused to provide service valid reason explanation or alternatives. As a homeowner in the Glastonbury area looking for a reliable provider, I was stunned to be turned away despite guaranteeing prompt payment. If they are this dismissive to new, paying customers, I do not recommend relying on them. Take your business elsewhere. This was zero risk transaction for them, they claim to be a family run business but decline to service my family! Deed not Words.

From the initial quote through the final installation, the entire team was professional, punctual, clearly answered my many questions, and left my home immaculately clean. I won't ever use another company, I tell everyone about them. Al and his technicians (Renaldo most…read morerecently) are reliable, and trustworthy. Last year I had a issue with my AC, Al was the only company who was able to fix it instead of trying to sell me a whole new system (I had 5 other companies come out!!). This year my furnace was blowing cold air and it was 13 degrees out! I called him and he had someone there within the hour, on a Sunday none the less (which I wasn't honestly expecting, I figured I would have to wait) Renaldo came and got everything up and running, he was polite, very good at his job and I felt comfortable having him in my house, as I did when Al helped. I can't thank you and your team enough for helping me, being reliable and not upselling me. It's hard to find good companies now a days, who aren't looking to take advantage of you and are actually there to help. As a first time home owner that means the world to me. It's nice to know you have someone to trust when you have a issue. They feel like the friend or neighbor you call when you don't know what to do and need assistance, not a faceless company that sends salesmen vs technicians. If you have any HVAC problems I promise this is the company to call!!!!

To summarize I noticed my…read moredryer was not heating properly and the dryer was fine so I bought a kit to clean the dryer duct itself. Well...needless to say that broke off in the duct. So. On memorial day lenny answered the call and drove an HOUR away to handle it. He corrected my mistake and taught along the way. Unfortunately with the job done it turned out the work we accomplished made the problem worse and I called on ole lenny again. This time armed with the right tools and teamwork we figured it out. He offered a discount and I had to refuse because his worth ethic and drive to get the job done was inspirational. I highly recommend this company and I NEVER EVER leave reviews. They helped me in my time of need and the price was straight up the price from the first phone call to the time he left. None of that bait and switch stuff. Lenny Ill see you at Thanksgiving! If you want to see the turmoil of what he had to deal with its on the gram. God bless Lenny and god bless america!!!!
