We happened to call Palace Roofing at a time when there was some flexibility in his schedule, so he was able to have someone come out and do the job for us THE SAME DAY. Amazing. But I know as he gets busy, this may not always be the case for us. Homero came out about an hour or two later and completed the job. I must say that he went Above and Beyond in delivery of service. I was never told what type of skylights were used but I now suspect they are the cheapest lowest quality as they cut corners. If you choose to use DeKalb Roofing, keep your fingers crossed that nothing goes wrong because they just don't care.

As for changing the scope of the project, the recommended paint did not perform as described by Intown. We could not see our way clear to pay an additional $1,400 on a $14,000 job.
