I will certainly be back for any future needs! TIP: ample free parking available on site, but it's a little tricky to find the entrance as its right at the weird intersection of Victory & Burbank.

I came in needing help dropping off a…read moremedical specimen, and the employee helping me, I believe his name was Alejandro or Leandro, was extremely unprofessional. Instead of simply assisting me or asking me to give him a couple of minutes, he started going back and forth with me from behind the counter, raised his voice, and told me to use the self-service area. He then made a comment that he refuses to help people who "question him" or have an attitude with him. That response was completely unnecessary. I was simply asking for assistance with something important and would have had no problem waiting if he had communicated that professionally. There was no reason for the interaction to turn into bickering with a customer. Customer service should never make someone feel like asking for help is a problem. This situation could have been handled so differently with basic professionalism and respect. I really hope management addresses this.
