I had just painted my walls and baseboards and was highly concerned these would be damaged during the installation. Of course, there are no guarantees that unintentional damage might occur. Carlos was also knowledgeable, professional and courteous. After the installation, not one ding or scuff to be noted. My home looks beautiful with new carpet! We chose Full Circle Flooring based on reviews that indicated that their installation team was top notch. I am happy to say that they lived up to their reputation. From our initial showroom visit through the quote process Cory and Jason were great to work with. Communication was always quick and easy. Their selection of products is great, and after hearing what we were looking for (durable, low maintenance, and pet proof) Cory steered us to the LVP flooring. They have a great selection, so it was easy to find something that we liked. I can't comment on their prices, because we didn't really check against others. After dealing with quite a few contractors over the years, I have decided that a good job is more important than a cheap job. I don't know if I could have found it cheaper elsewhere, but I was happy to stick with a company that I had faith would do the install correctly. The wait for the product was a couple of months (supply chain issues impact everything these days), but once they had the product in, it was easy to schedule the install. James and Raied did the install, and they absolutely lived up to their reputation of doing a good job. It was obvious from the attention to detail that was paid to fix issues with the existing floor during installation, that I was getting that great install job I was looking for. Communication with FCF during the install process (took 4 days) was always quick, easy, and informative. We are very happy with the finished product and will certainly use FCF for our next flooring job.

I wasn't home when he did the repair, but Rocky coordinated easily with my roommate and got everything fixed. My roommate said he was efficient and professional. I'm very happy with the service and would definitely recommend him!

We are so glad that we delayed our move a week and had the garage floor coated. Chris clearly communicated the schedule and the work was completed on time. We felt very welcomed from the moment we walked into the showroom and were greeted by Karen. Karen listened to us and helped us pick the products we wanted to work with, according to our needs. Moving my 87-year-old mother in and having senior adopted dogs, our cheap laminate flooring that came with the purchase of the home had to go. Keith and Tim did a fantastic job of removing the cheap laminate flooring from our house this past month. We replaced the flooring in the primary bedroom, living room and the two main hallways with Shaw Pet carpet. Going from the cheap slippery laminate flooring to this cushy padded luxury feeling carpet was such a great decision and I would highly recommend Cambell's Carpet for any of your flooring needs. If the day comes that we decide to remove all this carpet and go with a high-end luxury vinyl plank, Cambell's Carpet will be the company we will talk to first.

He was a good fit for us. Not the least expensive or highest. His demeanor was friendly, professional and he exuded confidence. He was trustworthy off the bat. He was able to fit us in when requested and within his very busy schedule. Knowing my house would be in shambles for 5-8 days was a bit nerve wracking but I put my trust in him and his crew that things would be done well and on time. They did not disappoint. They always arrived bright and early and left after about 6-7 hrs of work. This is hard work!!! Demo of carpet, linoleum and tile was done quickly and clean up swift. Mike, Chad, Garret and James have worked together for years. They are a great team and a well oiled machine. Whenever I had a question they were able to answer easily. Very polite and respectful men. They had another job starting the following week and worked thru the weekend to finish ours. We didn't mind and were happy to be done sooner than expected and it did take a full 8 days. My husband and I weren't too inconvenienced and didn't need to move out of our bedroom as they finished it last and in one day. We love our new floors and baseboards!!
