I asked the agent in this office to update our policy to reflect the deed, and send me the updated policy. A week later she said she's still working on it. One more week later and I leave a voice mail to please contact me about the change. No reply. I called the office, was transferred to voicemail, which is full, so decided to visit but no one is there today (see photos). I called MAPFRE to see if the policy was ever changed. They said it is still in the original name. They said I can change to another MAPFRE agent and continue with the same policy. Will do, service could not possibly be as bad as with this office.

There policy is to always return you call asap but no matter what within one day. Now that my 2 girls are adults they too are becoming long time clients. One had a minor car accident and could not believe the service Northstar gave her and piece of mind in resolving this claim. This is true of every Northstar agent I have dealt with over the 20 years they have been my insurance company.

I filed a police report and paired that with my claim. The resolution of the claim/investigation was that my vehicle had this damage prior to me even opening my policy with Geico! When i call to get more information on that ridiculous conclusion, that specific department can not be contacted by the public...Convenient!! so i am left to pay to fix my front drivers side bumper myself. Wont be renewing my policy when it ends ! to call Geico a subpar agency is an understatement. Thats so awful al i can do is laugh.
