Stacy was great at calculating my tile needs based upon my primitive drawings and made grout color recommendations. One of my tile selections was not available at our store but I found it online. I appreciate Stacy and the ability to see the products in the store. I also appreciate being able to return extras.

I didn't want to pay the $$$ get the dealer replacement. I'd been to other hardware stores that had the right width of screw, but way too long. Anyway, I decided to give this store a try. I walked in and the person at the counter asked if I needed help. I told him what I was looking for. He directed me to the correct aisle, which end, and which side of the aisle. When I got there, there was already another employee there helping someone else. After he finished with the other customer, he asked if I needed help. I showed him my key fob and went to work to find something that would fit. Eventually, he found one and even screwed it in for me, which was great because I definitely don't have a hex wrench small enough for that screw. In the end, my bill was 99 cents plus tax. What a great deal, and great customer service!

He did an absolute TERRIBLE job installing the carpet. There was a gap between the wall and the carpet in the hallway that he had to have known was there, the carpet wasn't fastened down on the ends or folded over, he used the utility knife and left multiple blades on my windowsill for my grandson to get into. Tony refused to refund any money. Please see attached pictures. Evidently Menards doesn't check to see if these people actually know how to install carpet. I contacted Menards and was told they could not do anything because they don't work for them. I assume that he's probably still on the list as a contractor-do not use Tony Johnson.

I felt pretty thrown aside by this. Sure enough the drivers needed installed on a thumb drive and installed. Everything is good now.

First I need to let you know, we have purchased others products from this location with no issues on those purchases. But we purchased a GE above the stove mount microwave. Installer plugged it in, set the time. He didn't check any other functions. He then took pictures to verify his work. Later in the afternoon, we wanted to set the timer. Set the time to 2 minutes, hit start and the timer went from 2:00 to 1:95 and then jumped down to 1:90. Then we noticed the clock showing didn't have the colon between hour and minutes. I got on AI and it had me do a hard restart. That didn't work and many questions later. AI stated it had a bad mother board. I went to Warner the next morning. The salesman that greeted me, listened and said I would have to call their service department to setup a visit to see the microwave. I had taken a video of what was happening and stated, we hadn't even used the microwave. I thought, just give us a new microwave. Another salesman stepped in and said, he would call service for us. He stated someone would call me that afternoon. That didn't happen, it was next afternoon. Talking with the service person, he stated that GE would read the report of the issues and probably try to fix our new microwave that hadn't been used. I received an email stating that one week after they knew the issue, someone is coming today in some 3 hour window to replace the mother board. Sorry about all the statements above, but all the events are needed to know that an unhappy customer will tell more people about a company than a happy customer. Maybe I should have raised more of issue and asked for the manager. But if you have employees of a high quality business. They should have the common sense that they should just replace and they deal with GE. We didn't purchase any extended warranty it was about 1/2 the cost of the original. The microwave was a replacement for the same model that lasted 7 years.
