Honestly, I could not be more pleased. This company seems to really truly care about their clients and the workmanship of their product. I did have a couple hiccups in the road with the default setting set too high but was easily corrected. This is something that you probably should check before running it. I have been waiting over 2 months for new scent samples despite following up with the brand multiple times.

The diffusers are poor quality and make loud noises which are not ideal for a home or office. The customer service is very poor and you can't contact someone over the phone. I recommend only buying their oils and using a different diffuser from another company. read more

The WORST customer service I have EVER experienced with any company. I have been trying to get help since October. Reached Tess Gilmore in November (4th) and she upsold me the bigger machine and promised I would be able to reach her, can't reach her. Weeks go by and I hear from Takia who promises to escalate my call and help me return my machine and cancel. I don't hear back, continue to email. Finally she says she is still waiting for management to let her know. Then today tells me I can't cancel because it's past 14days? Seriously?! YOU DIDNT RETURN MY EMAIL. I really like their scents, and they have different diffusers for different needs. I had an issue with a diffuser I bought and initially had trouble getting a satisfactory resolution but Stephany helped me out and I appreciate it a lot. She completely turned my experience around and I recommend dealing with her if you buy from them. Update: 6/24/20. Well I emailed them a week and a half after they received my return to ask about my refund and got no reply. Just received our Museum 360 diffuser and scent (super Excited). The installation is pretty straight forward, however, I am yet to smell the scent at all. I called but it's the weekend, hence we would have to wait until Monday to speak to someone from Aroma360 to figure out why it's not releasing scent. Also, before ordering any of the Hvac diffusers, do measure the height of your ac unit. If I could select a "0" I would. Please do not order from this company. Their products are very expensive and are defectively made. I purchase 3 mini aroma 360 within 3 months of each other. Two out of the three starting making a buzzing humming noise. One of the two had only been used 3 times before it starting making the noise. I followed the instructions as to what to do if the noise appears and it didn't correct the issue. I contacted customer service for them to send a replacement for the 2 units at no charge. Of course, they stated the mini 360 is no longer available but could offer the wireless pro and would have to purchase at least a 3 month subscription for the oil for each unit. This is unacceptable as I don't want to invest another penny into this company. Since it's unacceptable, I requested a refund for the two units. Of course that was denied and kept referencing the 3 month warranty period. I feel they know their product is faulty thus the 3 month warranty period. Again, these units and oil are not cheap. I bought 2 of the mini 360 SL diffusers. One of them already broke after a year but within 2 years. I called them for a repair. They told me I am out of luck and have to buy another one. Asked to speak to a manager and they said someone would call me back. Going on a couple days and no call. I think they have great smelling scents, but I would be careful with the machines. Not happy that you have to replace the machine that fast. read more

For anyone wanting to buy this beware there is a major flaw with the machine. If your electrical power is interrupted for even for a second and the lights blink the machine will turn on and run until you turn it off. After calling the company and explaining the problem, it was suggested that I unplug the unit when I leave the house that was their fixed to the problem. read more

I ordered one of the machines and tried to cancel the order before it was ever sent. No one even contacted me back or tried to call me back, after my third email and several attempted unanswered calls I received the product in the mail. So again I emailed stating I needed to return the product, Of course there is a time frame in which this must be completed as instructed in the return guidelines, I am well within the 14 days. I have sent the product back unused and within the 14 days at my own cost. I got an email today stating if received outside of the time line there will be a 20% restocking fee... False advertisement = VERY disappointed! I ordered their new monthly subscription october 12 with the expectation that it would get delivered in 2 days (as it clearly states on their website). I called them today to follow up and they advised me that they would not be able to process the order for 5-7 business days. Once processed, it would be shipped ground delivery which is anywhere from 4-7 days after. After speaking to a manager, she confirmed that indeed that was the case despite their website saying otherwise. After questioning it and asking for an adjustment, they decided it was easier to refund me instead of actually delivering on what they promise online (2 days delivery). I purchased a whole sale order of 99 pieces from their rep Ashley in August. It took three months to arrive . (It was only supposed to take a month ) Communication with their team was very lacking . Thru out the time of me waiting for my products my card on file was being charged monthly for 166.00 and I had no products. I sent numerous emails and calls which didn't get answered until I called my credit card company and told them to stop payment. Everyone is so nice and caring until they get your money and they will string you along the remainder of the process. We have had the aroma360 Museum for our home for about two months and works well with only using 1/2 of the unit turned on in our 3,000 square foot home. It has been a great experience. The system makes our home smell like a resort and we wake up everyday feeling refreshed. With so many choices on exclusive scents we are excited to try other scents as we progress through the seasons of the year. Lauren has been great to work with, and her service has been exceptional. Absolutely recommend 110% nothing is better than having your home smell good all day every day without the hassle of lighting candles/ putting plug ins. Not to mention NO candle or plug in smells nearly as good as the oils they offer at aroma 360. Went to the store and RACHEL helped me out. She was an absolute doll! If I could give lower than a 1 I would. This company is the biggest SCAM I have ever seen. Please do not buy from them. You will regret it. My husband bought me a diffuser a year ago, it stopped working after a few months. Good luck trying to get anyone on the phone to help. After much research I finally got a human on the phone, however, they cannot help you. They have to SCHEDULE a tech support person to call you back. WHAT?? Took at least 2 months to talk to anyone. I troubleshot it myself and determined it was a bad motor. When I finally spoke to someone they agreed and said they would send a replacement. It arrived about a month later in May 2023. In June, less than a month after the replacement arrived, the new one did the same thing. After another exhaustive effort to try to connect with someone I finally talked to a human. Who again, scheduled Tech support as apparently no one works there that can help without an appointment. When I finally had an "APPOINTMENT" I was told that they could replace the replacement but I would have to PAY for it as they had already given me one replacement. ARE YOU SERIOUS? So basically, we are out over $400 bucks and its not their problem. PLEASE do yourself a favor and do not engage with this company. If you do not believe me, read the reviews about them which I wish I had done before purchasing. SCAM is a nice word for them as this is public and I would not use inappropriate words. Great smelling oils, slow shipping, horrible customer service and diffusers that leak.

I have been a customer of Aroma 360 for years. I have changed condos a couple of times and their installers have been nothing but professional to install and remove and re install in my new spaces. (They are very so fast with the instillation). I'm currently in a home now and am looking forward to having my home scented with their oils. I am in the health and wellness industry and really did my research on quality oils (as I would be breathing them in daily in my home) and Aroma 360 oils are by far the cleanest on the market (zero harmful chemicals in their oils). Guests always complement the scents. The only problem is deciding which scent to use when I want to refill! Top top company and their customer service is unmatched. I worked closely with Gracie and she went above and beyond to assist me with the instillations and moving my equipment from one source to the other with no concerns. Do NOT order from this company!!! They will try to get you locked into a 3 year contract where you pay a minimum of $100 each month in exchange for a "free" furnace system. You have 2 weeks to cancel before being locked into their contract. I have nothing but issues with my Vangough system, and my family gets headaches from the oils. They will NOT answer phones, reply to emails, reply to voicemails left, nothing! Even the 3rd party finance company they use, gets complaints all the time. They want you locked into a contract. I received my mini diffuser a few days ago. I had difficulties getting it to work properly and could not get it to connect to WiFi. I contacted customer service and received a call from Evan, Vice President. He promptly reached out to Alina in technical support to walk me through the set up process. She explained that they are diligently working to correct a glitch with Apple devices that are preventing the app from working correctly. Alina was patient and took me through the step by step process and my machine is now working properly and my home smells divine!! They may be called Aroma360 but the reality is more like a 180 - which is likely what you'll quickly experience with them. When you call to purchase something, the phone rings maybe once and you get someone. Emails are always responded to, often times same day. When (notice the use of "when" and not "if") you call for technical support, it will likely go to voicemail and good luck hearing back. Same thing with emails. The employee demeanors are also drastically different - sales is all chipper and upbeat. Support sounds like they want to slide a napkin with "help me" over to you. In a 3 year period, I've gone thru about 8 mini 360 diffusers. The motors die after a very short time. Also had issues with the motors emitting high-pitched sounds -- the motors seem to be the common denominator. The motors start out whisper quiet and get louder and louder over time until they stop working. Then you're stuck with a $200 dud that they don't stand behind and you're likely to replace it if you stocked up on the diffuser fragrances as well. They warranty these for 90 days - after that they'll offer you a replacement and 120ml fragrance for $149. Think about that - when was the last time you purchased something that didn't have a [standard] one year warranty against manufacturer defects? It's also interesting how differently they market these between the Aroma360 and Hotel Scents websites. Aroma360 (where all my purchases were) makes no mention of the motor having a lifespan - outside of recommending you not run it for more than 8 hours a day. Hotel Scents (same company by the way) all of a sudden the same product is advertised with a 3000 hour lifetime battery. If you ran this diffuser for the recommend 8 hours a day, that means you're paying $200 for a product that has an expected total lifespan of 375 days. This is EXTREMELY deceptive and if you stock up on the fragrances when they go on sale, like I did -- you're more likely to get into a viscous cycle of replacing these defective diffuser units to be able to use the fragrances. Take it from me -if you read nothing else: ****these diffuser are a money pit. I wouldn't buy anything electronic from them - reed diffusers or candles only. You have been warned. **** read more
