I got the completely opposite of it, I got a few products from this company (we are talking about hundreds of dollars) . One of the products was to use it in the car a product that comes with a self stick tape, while my wife followed all the instructions and applied to the dashboard of my car, the result was one week after the liquid holder fell while driving leaving the dashboard completely damaged with bubbles, I contacted the company to try to arrange a agreement but they refused to accept or pay for a dashboard. I messaged the company that it took a couple days before they answered me and told me I needed to send pictures but yet they would not give me an email address to send them to or a phone number that I could text them to . They told me then that my warranty was out yet when I had tried to stop my next auto oil delivery it said my 3 months wasn't up yet when I had 4 oils already shipped to me. Scam Alert / Buyer Beware Over the holidays I responded to an Aroma360 televised advertisement featuring Shark Tank's Daymond John. Shortly after ordering the Aroma360 Mini Diffuser I was contacted by an Aroma Representative, Dania. She offered me a 2nd diffuser for "free" and a monthly subscription of $75 for a larger size of fragrance oil. In order to participate in this offer, I had to digitally sign a form resembling a finance contract. Immediately, I advised her that I was not interested in financing a product, she assured me that I was not signing a finance agreement and that the system didn't have the correct forms! Red Flag Alert! She continued to assert that it wasn't a finance agreement and against my better judgment I trusted the young lady and signed the contract. Later upon reviewing the agreement, I discovered that Dania lied to me and I had signed a finance contract for in excess of $2000! There was no full disclosure of these details during my conversation with Dania! I relayed my concerns and disappointment to another Aroma360 representative. She assured me that these conversations are recorded and that a supervisor would review my interactions with Dania on 11/30/2022. As of this date no one from Aroma360 has responded; calls and emails to customer support go unanswered! No resolution to my complaint! I have returned the second diffuser and cancelled the monthly subscription. Regrettably, I am committed to a finance agreement and must pay the remaining balance! I am someone who only leaves a review when an experience is either phenomenal or absolutely unacceptable. Unfortunately, in this scenario it is the latter. For some background information: I white labeled candles and room spray from Aroma360 in the early months of 2021, which was a pretty seamless process, although the timeline to create was much longer than originally advertised. After receiving product, I attempted to contact the company to inquire about having access to the full ingredient list, as to adhere to FTC guidelines. The packaging they provide does not offer said list; therefore, I had planned on listing on my site in order to prevent any lawsuits due to allergies, etc. I emailed the representatives who initially helped me place my order, texted them (as they provided direct contact information for any inquiries), and called the office multiple times in the course of a week and a half. They dodged most of my calls, and in the off-chance that they did answer they would continue to transfer me until the line disconnected or went to someone's voicemail. I left messages, but never received a call back. This seems quite intentional, as the office has caller ID. I am incredibly disappointed in this company and do not plan to continue to utilize their services once the first batch of products have sold out. Initially, I was planning on seeking legal counsel in order to get the ingredient list, and still may; however, decided to file a complaint with Miami's Better Business Bureau in the interim. If you are looking to white label candles, incense sticks and room sprays, look elsewhere because at the end of the day they do not value their customers beyond taking payment. read more

I purchased two diffusers and scents to accompany them. At first, the scents were powerful and I loved it. As time went on the bottles got smaller and the scents were not as strong. The second diffuser was loud and very noticeable to guests asking "what is that noise?" I tried contacting Aroma 360 and was met with NOTHING! No return texts....... Purchased a defective diffuser and contacted customer service via there internal email system (because there is NO phone number for customer service). Love the product, service could be better. So I was introduced to Aroma360 in a DelRay Beach gallery. I bought two Mini's and my beloved London Calling scent about 5 months ago. There were horrible set up directions, no one answered the phone or email for help. I struggled horribly to finally get the units working and absolutely love them--and everyone who visits our home does too, so we also gift the Mini to people. I finally was able to visit the store in Miami (no external door handles)--you have to wait for someone to answer; plus there's no information anywhere saying you need an appointment. I ended up buying a bigger Vangogh unit, the set it up, but it didn't quite work in our home as expected. And don't let them fool you by saying the unit is free--you're still paying for it with their underhanded sales tactics. Plus, service is still poor in the follow up. read more

The product is nice and I do get tons of compliments on how my home smells. However, I'm the fool that got sucked in this ridiculous plan and now they can't adjust it. So disappointed. I give two stars not for the scenting and machine but for the customer service. I have never received such poor customer service in a business. I purchased the Davinci home scenting subscription to receive 3 bottles of oils of my choice every 3 months. I ended up paying the machine off early and now I am unable to get in touch with anyone to update my scents or access my account. I have sent at least 5 emails, attempted to chat, and call and no response. This has been such an unpleasant experience and every individual who comes to my house and inquire I have recommended. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I bought a diffuser and oil with a subscription. I didn't care for the scent so I canceled my subscription (all clearly confirmed via email.) They did not make the cancelation easy either, I had to ask FOUR TIMES (kept trying to get me to stay) to finally get a confirmation they canceled my subscription. 1 month later, I get an email informing me I've been charged for said subscription along with a shipping confirmation. I reached out right away to try and stop the shipment, no one responded. I called and was left on hold for 2+ hours. Couple days later someone responded informing me they wouldn't refund my money "cause we already sent the product." I was livid so I called and waited to speak to someone. I was again told they wouldn't refund my money. I could only get my money back after I sent them the product THAT I DID NOT AUTHORIZE and I HAD TO PAY FOR SHIPPING! I sent them all the email correspondences showing my subscription had been canceled. "Well don't worry we've canceled your subscription!" It was ALREADY CANCELED THERE IS NO SUBSRIPTION. I made it clear they charged me without my consent and I did not order this product. This lady actually said "well we had your card on file so we went ahead and charged you." Since this woman was not grasping why I was upset, I made a comparison for her... so lets say I order a pair of shoes from DSW. Then one day, DSW randomly charges my credit card and sends me a pair of shoes that I didn't order. Then informs me we'll give you your money back after you ship back those shoes (that you didn't order, nor authorize) and you have to pay for the shipping. I asked if that was a reasonable scenario, she said yes! She also informed me "you're not like our usual customers, they love our product, just look at our amazing reviews online." This is not how you deal with a huge mistake that your company CLEARLY made. I shouldn't have to not only wait to get my money back for a product I didn't order, but also pay for shipping?!
