I ordered this mild and it still was a little spicy. A friendly, buildable spice. The sauce was creamy, and the flavor had a ton of depth. I wish I could pinpoint the flavors so I know what to look for in other places, but I cant. It was just really good. The lamb was tender enough to cut with a fork, and rice was cooked perfectly. I've tried a lot of Tikka Masala and this is one of my top three for sure.

We decided to share a vegetarian meal family style (she is my cousin, after all!) and ordered roomali roti ($9), dal makhani ($15), and a fusion dish called paneer da anda masala ($25), which was strongly recommended by our server. Food arrived quickly and was a feast to both our eyes and palate! We polished it off - especially enjoying the unusual paneer entrée. I was in the mood for dessert as we were chatting happily and I wanted to linger a bit longer.
